browse this thread 10-20 pages back...or 30....I uploaded a bunch of high-resolution pics some a while ago...if not check out my blog (link in my sig)...the same pics can be found there...but way back those as well

I use the chair when I'm using my laptop.

I like the desk though, but will have to re-arrange things when I get my second cd-turntable and a new mixer.

Buy a pair of 50$ stands for those speakers so you dont get shitty vibrations and rumble.
+ monitor position is crusial for good mixing and dropping 2000 $ on a dj mixer

well ahead of you mate thats why I said its pretty much done since then I have monitor stands and a stand to screw into the wall for the EFX box

That's my first piece, it showed up a few days ago. Sorry for the shitty phone pic but I don't have a digital camera.

I plan to get another cdj200, a Numark DXM06, speakers I haven't entirely decided on. I'm thinking Alesis Monitor 1 MKII because they're cheap. Headphones I haven't decided on either, but I was thinking Stanton ProDJ 3000 headphones. I'm open to any suggestions though

Get the fostex monitors because they are clearer in the midrange @ that price range.

Finally got my new SL1200's last night and set it all up on the table I bought from Ikea. Have been mixing all night, haha.

It's a DJM-300 that I picked up secondhand for $300 AUD off ebay.
The decks I also got off ebay for $1500 AUD brand new. They came with Ortofon Nightclub glow in the dark slipmats and were preloaded with Ortofon Pro S carts. I'm pretty happy considering I'd be lucky to pick up the same decks for $1600-1700 new in a shop.

I've only just started learning to mix, but I wanted to start with the best (some may beg to differ, heh), at least when it comes to decks.
