See there is a fine line of being meterosexual in a good way, and just being too girly. Have you thought of asking your ex's what it was about you they didn't like?

my boy is a metrosexual...i bust his balls all the time about it, but it's really cute. he's an awesome dresser and is well groomed....but not TOO much. i still come home from running errands or come out of the shower and he's slouched on the couch watching sports center w/ a big dip in his mouth. lol you don't get more "guy" than that.

i know it sounds gross, but it's really cute when he has that little lump in his lower lip and he smiles.

well it IS a nasty habit...i mean when you see ugly, toothless rednecks doing it, then yea it's pretty gross. but my boyfriend is very clean cut (and hot), and even though he's a total metrosexual, he's really guyish too. he's very classy and so for him to be sitting on the couch doing that, i dunno it's just a turn on.

So it's okay to do it if you're well-groomed and well-dressed, but wrong if you aren't?

Bleh! That's my biggest turn-off. If I see a guy smoke, or chewing tobacco, he goes into the automatic "no" list. I hate that shit!

the only guy i know that chews is a redneck cowboy kinda guy, so it's not that hot to see him do it.

for the same reason that it's sexy for thin girls w/ nice bodies to wear mini skirts, but it's not ok for ugly fat chicks to wear them, get it?

i don't think smoking / chewing is attractive either.

maybe what is really going on is that slylee will be attracted to her man no matter what he is doing...even licking his fingers after picking his nose/butt...

I wouldn't exactly use that analogy for this situation.

Chewing tobacco is a bad habit no matter who you are, it's not a matter of 'right or wrong.'

Wearing a mini-skirt is used to enhance ones appearance. People should know when it is right and when it is wrong to wear it.

no but seriously it IS attractive to me. my boyfriend is very sophisticated and educated and it's just attractive to me that he does something so "cowboyish". i also love it when i go to his work and see him w/ his patients all innocent and i know that under his shirt and tie, he's covered w/ some pretty big tatooes
