armin shares the general concensus that nobody deserves it more than PVD!

PvD deserves it, yes, but I am VERY surprised he won this year - specifically since I didn't see any major inroads by him in 2005 in terms of winning over a new audience or productions that blew the roof off... My Take: Assuming most of the ppl who voted for PvD last year voted for him this year, it must be the case that Tiesto lost a lot of votes and PvD took the poll but not by a large margin.

this top 100 is least worst than other years...
glad to see pvd in 1st before I die...

i got some hearing problems due to loud music, so at least its cool some artists who work with loud music all the time fucking tells u to take care of ur ears even if u dont buy their shit...

Posted by TCB on Oct-28-2005 01:50:

agreed. pretty much what happened i say. i still think armin did the most as in dj/producing this year. definately deserves a round of applause.

Posted by DeRangedMind on Oct-28-2005 01:51:

Yes Paul Van Dyk is #1 DAMN now all the clubs are going to be packed where he goes

Above and Beyond are really good so they deserve it but DJ Sammy is still on the list great, just great

Posted by Cobalt on Oct-28-2005 02:07:

Fcking finally!

He does deserve this, but not now; it's been perhaps his worst year yet.

I blame TPOD2.

Posted by Toufas on Oct-28-2005 02:20:

even though i think that pvd is my fav dj in the world, he didnt do jack shit this year.he followed everyone down the shitroad, playing like shit.
and the poll sucks.
now all the morons are gonna learn pvd like they learned tiesto....
atb # 9? lol

ps: where the fuck is mikey mike!

im really glad to see James Zabiela in the 13 spot, he really deserves it. He works so hard during his sets. As for Van Dyk, I have been a huge fan of his up till mid 2004, but since then I'v been let down but I don't care, if its not Digweed in the #1 spot, then I am happy to see Van Dyk getting his due respect finally. Now if we can only get him back to producing a cd like Out There and Back we are in business.
