great opening set greg, and green velvet was just insane. That guy is a fucking legend, he kept everybody on the dancefloor till 930. Def one of my fav picniks.

Carlo Lio no longer on the bill with Miss Stress. He was quietly taken off. Damn - wonder who dropped the ball there. I was really psyched to hear his darker, fresher sounds at Piknic. He'll be in Japan for the Sep long weekend.

haven't been much either this year...maybe twice

was supposed to go last Sunday, got cancelled again this year for Bender + Green LaTeez...there was a plan B at Abreuvoir with Paul Ritch.

Next Sunday, Konrad Black.

Markus: you've got to add the Oxia, kiki, Ellen Allien + Sascha Funke Monday Sept 6...this is one of the best line-up all year!

I've only been once myself so far...and we're practically September.

I don't know whether it's the consecutive rainy Sundays, the non-big name lineup or what...but there definitely seems to be less buzz about piknic BY FAR this year.

I went 4-5 times this year... by far the biggest turnout was for Bassnectar, hell of a set even though most of you guys don't like his music.
