Thanks to all of you guys for coming. Anthony says thanks too. Definitely had a blast.
Next event is next Saturday at Lotus. We are doing a collab party with the Triad Dragons. They have the main room, but Kevin Seitz and I are playing that room, and we have some other great locals playing in the Karma Lounge. 21+ though. Sorry Jules.
September 30th is the next Old Norsk, Church event.

Lol, I actually had a blast with Jules in Greeley town. Her apt is nice and that girl can freakin cook!
On a side note, you guys should read this lil story about a party last night in UT. It's seriously FUCKED up. Someone posted it on a different web site....here's what it said.
I am writing you to get the word out about use of unneccessary force to end an outdoor music event that occured this weekend just outside of Spanish Fork, UT.
The promotors of the Versus II party had obtained all the required permits to hold an outdoor music event the night of August 20. Shortly into the evening, a mass of armed officers in camoflouge ransacked the party.
When the promoter of the event provided the officers with the neccessary permits, the officers consficated the permits. They proceded onto the stage and held a gun to the DJ and told him to shut off the music. Several young adults were "beat up." One girl was hit in the head with the end of a gun.
The crowd was more than compliant, however, the officers proceeded with force. I have heard of many report of patrons being beat to the ground by 4 or 5 officers.
The event had private security, the security had check points outside of the venue to search for any illegal substances. They did as good of a job as any other club or concert. They confiscated anything that was suspicious, just as any security would do. As I am sure there were a few people that managed
to smuggle something in that was not appropriate, just as would happen at any other place; there was absolutely no need for the magnitude of violence that was used. It is an outrage! A group of young adults were hunted as if they were terrorists! This story must be heard!

Annnd judging by this info...I really don't know if either side has it's story real straight. But it sounds like the promoter really didn't have permits, according to the police. Both sources of info aren't that great...but that video is still pretty messed up. I guess reguardless of anything, that kind of force really wasn't necessary on a bunch of party kids. Ohhh well, lemmi know what you think.

Anyway, what a great, but weird, weekend. Had a blast having Anthony out. Seb was great on Thursday, Friday went great, and Saturday was a blast too, for G&D. Got pretty fucked up and didn't sleep, leading into a hockey game at around 4 yesterday. Drank like 15 3.2 beers, in the morning, before the game too. Don't think I've ever been that fucked up on as many different things, as I was yesterday (and played sports).
Good times hanging out Andy, and thanks for driving me. Only played like two recs over there, but it was still good to grab the smokage anyway.
Time to go do some community service, by playing some pool with the old guys. Talk to you all later.
Saturdays party at Lotus has an unlimited guest list, but it is 21+. Any of you guys wanting to go, let me know, and I'll get you on the list.

Well I made it back to san diego... alive(somehow). Denver TA's def. no how to party, I was a mess when i landed.
I had an awesome time this weekend, Seb was great, Friday went so well and G&D were a blast on stage & off. It was nice meeting everyone, I hope to be back in Denver again. Lets see those pictures from the weekend!
