Can't you do your praying while riding your bike or at home? Why do u have to go to church to talk to god? If he knows what u did last weekend while not in church, then u can repent your evil doings anywhere...amirite?

like wtf back in the day you could even "guarantee" a already deceased love ones entrance to heaven through the catholic church. Church to me is just a means of receiving spiritual guidance from someone of more understanding then I.
And wtf we also just got one of those at the gym.
Anyways I rode my bike to the gym today lol
I felt like such a little boy. I really haven't been on a bike in about 5 years. Feeling the wind at my face and the sound of the pedals made me feel like a kid again. I think I'm gonna start taking it everyday, I'll save gas and be a nice little warm up. Did chest today was soooooo good gonna come back tonight and do back and shoulders.

i didn't go to the gym after church tonight. instead, i came home and cleaned.
going tomorrow instead.
if its any consolation (which it really isn't), i did 100 pushups this morning before work.

Got an olympic weight set and a decent bench. Now I just need a rope to climb, some rings, and some parallel bars. Oh and that concept II rower.
