You're totally missing the point. This machine is the ultimate full body workout/metabolic conditioner.

That is entirely different from lifting because it is something you do instead of running/swimming/cycling.

u don't need fancy machines. I'll take freeweights/old school training methods any day over that shit

Exactly you are completely right. That's exactly how the protestant church had its beginnings and base. At that time only the clergy and the rich were educated or had the means to read the bible. Once Martin Luther began really reading and understanding the bible ( faith saves you not good deeds and giving to the church) people where able to break from the catholic church. Then began the whole reformation and martyrdom of protestants. The catholic church had a pipeline of money stemming from sales of actual tickets to heaven like wtf back in the day you could even "guarantee" a already deceased love ones entrance to heaven through the catholic church. Church to me is just a means of receiving spiritual guidance from someone of more understanding then I.

And wtf we also just got one of those at the gym.

Anyways I rode my bike to the gym today lol I felt like such a little boy. I really haven't been on a bike in about 5 years. Feeling the wind at my face and the sound of the pedals made me feel like a kid again. I think I'm gonna start taking it everyday, I'll save gas and be a nice little warm up. Did chest today was soooooo good gonna come back tonight and do back and shoulders.

crossfitters swear by it and all the marines i know are obsessed with crossfit, and they're true athletes. To me a true athlete is a combination of a gymnast, olmypic lifter, and runner.
