Gonna go lift legs I can barely move I am so tired. 
had a much better day at the gym today. i dunno what my deal was on monday; but i felt much better today; and much more motivated. got all hot and sweaty and feel great!
HOWEVER!
I have to say this:
OK, i can totally understand the importance of stretching. whether it be before or after a workout.
and yes, i can totally understand that some stretching exercsises are a little....provacative looking; and can sometimes expose areas that would not necessarily exposed.
HOWEVER!
do not, i repeat, DO NOT perform an exercise that exposes your ass right in front of the treadmill area. i don't care if you're a dude or a chick - if you grab your ankles and bring them up towards your head and your ass is in the air - be expected to get a dick in there. if i wasn't on an AF base, i'd swear some of the guys working out today were gay and wanted my wang 
I actually thought of you, Will, today at the gym. I had a totally shitty workout, lol. Just struggled through the whole thing. I dunno if it's cause I've been smoking a lot lately or what, but shit, I'm totally off my game.

Haha I knooooooow. This really can't continue, although I don't have any trouble when I'm doing cardio. Fuck I feel like those two weeks off really fucked me.

i haven't worked out in a week and ate like a total fat ass today...vacation makes you sluggish

I came back from WMC and ate like shit for a whole week. Regained a much needed few pounds.

just got back from the gym. i love breaks sometimes, i always comeback upping the weights. it was a lower body day and i totally feel like i have legs of steel

Midnight workouts FTW! Anyone else like hitting the gym late at night? I went at 12:30 last night and did shoulders for 1.5 hours.
