me too, i really need to think of something more entertaining to do cardio-wise. like, a sport or something. i end up loathing getting on the bike until about fifteen minutes pass and i start feelin pumped, and i hate running.

perhaps breakdancing.

If I actually wanted to work 9-5 5 days a week, I would work a landscaping job this summer in a heartbeat. Wouldn't need the gym at all.

I see what you're saying and, no, I can't say that I break my habits if/when I party. It's maintaining those habits that gets me back to normal.



P.S. I'm eating a bowl of Kashi Go Lean with fresh strawberries and bananas, and some cinnamon...with milk. Sooooooooo yummy!!

yes, this definitely happens to me too.

it always seems like such an odd paradox because i love running, but i also love to go to shows and drink beer. so whenever i go to a show, my running ends up suffering a little bit because i usually go all out at the show.

but it's weird because if i've been able to string a few good weeks of training together, nothing feels better than that... i get like this feeling that i'm on top of my game. then i go to a show, and i'm back a square one training-wise, but i love going out.

i don't know if this makes sense.

This has nothing to do with anything but your motivation. If you have set a body goal, and you really want to get there, you will do it. I party HARD every weekend, and probably on average of 2-3 days during the week. pretty much hammered and stoned the entire time. I'm still extremely motivated, but this does tend to slow my progress down while living this lifestyle. I still am reaching my goals. Best part is I'm having fun doing it, and not missing out on life so to speak. Diet is key, so when I drink, I lower total cals for the day as well, and I never drink beer...stick to liquor and diet mixers.

I feel like im stuck around the 20% bf mark. I keep gaining muscle mass though. Everybody is telling me that my upper body got alot bigger.

Right on...that's exactly my mindset. Going to the gym is like going to work in my mind. It's just something that has to be done.

How long have you been on your current workout schedule? What is your schedule? Most importantly, what do you eat? How often, etc. plateaus suck, but they can be easily broken. (if thats the issue)

Yea but this has to with strictly consuming MDMA, not alcohol... I don't smoke weed or cigarettes either...

The feeling of staying home, watching movies, eating unhealthy food, etc...

Some of you can call it laziness but I have absolutely no problem with this during my usual routine(when not consuming the drug), I eat clean, always pumped to go work out, stay in top shape, even though I still go out drinking on weekends and stuff.

I mean willpower is the solution to everything, inevitably you can make yourself go to the gym and eat healthy. I just wanted to know if it is me getting lazy or does MDMA really have this negative side to it.

MDMA fucks u up for a day, sometimes 2. If your rolling every weekend, then your doing it wrong anyway. Nothing wrong with partying and taking days off from the gym, as you should be for recovery. Sounds like your just looking for excuses as Jenny said mate.

Its all about cardio. Fuck a diet. I run every day and I pretty much eat what I want. I like healthy food in general anyway. Once in awhile I cave in and eat something that is like 2k calories in one sitting. Chicken wings from Quaker Steak-n-Lube can do that.

How old are u? Most people can't do that. This game revolves around ones diet. Working out just helps u get to your goals a bit faster, but diet is everything.

Actually no, it isn't. Any qualified person will tell you that diet is 80-90% of your fitness. In other words, diet IS everything.

Yep. I've lost a little over 65 pounds in about a year and most of that came off strictly through diet. It hasn't been until the past few months that I started running.

buddy of mine down in OKC lost 60 lbs (in about 10 months, i think) through the weight watchers program + kickboxing.
