Not looking good guys. Joey man this sucks ass but like you said we can always party for your birthday another time....perhaps Marco V @ Guvernment.
Well if we leave Saturday morning and come back Sunday night, we should avoid the snowfall. The only downside is there will be snow on the roads on the ride back.
2 DAYS BITCHES!!!!!
the dc area is only supposed to get like 1-2"...thats nothing ya'll!
All across PA and down into VA 5-10 inches on saturday. And even more to come on sunday. I just got done watching the weather channel.

I mean yeah if it's like 6 inches in PA & NYC or whatver, safety and self-preservation comes first, but if it's like 2 inches or less which will probably be the case (atleast in MD, VA, DC), then fuckit. the main thing to worry about with snow is a possible delay of Markus's flight, and having him show up at like 2am or somethin hehe |
where are you planning on smoking these mass quantities of ganja?
Lets keep the drug talk to the pm folks.

I will be bummed if there is too much snow, but there is no way I would want the drivers to suffer through 7 hours of traffic and bad conditions...! But let's hope for the best!!
Yea count me out if it snows, were supposed to get a lot in Jersey.
OK y'all, It's official. Count me OUT for this one. Got the word that we are going on 12 hr emergency shifts Starting Sunday. I'm working 6AM - 6PM shifts until further notice. As it turns out, a couple minutes ago I was on the phone with Brian telling him that I didn't have to work tonight and as soon as I hung up with him, The Grim Reeper(my boss) taps me on the shoulder and says we're on 12's tonight as well. So I'm stuck spending my b-day here at work til 7PM tonight. Yea for me!!!!
Sorry about this. But these are circumstances beyond my control. We'll just have to party it up some other time guys. Hope all of u who do go have an awesome time. wish I could be there.
To Vlad, Sergio, John & Alisa. Sorry guys. I know you were counting on me for the ride down. Sorry I let u down.
It's all good Joey, I'm just bummed that we don't all get to party together tomorrow
NOW when are we gonna party for your bday?? Let's sort that shit out... I'm bummed but yes, it is beyond our control
I'm sure we'll be able to figure out a time to party. Whenever that may be, it'll be WELL WORTH IT I'm sure.
well, the forecast now says (for my area) expect 8-18 inches this weekend.
i highly doubt we're gonna make it.

Here's what the weather channel inbox weather is telling me from this morning for NYC.
here's what Accu-weather has to say for NYC(usually the most accurate)
The National Weather Service has issued a winter storm warning for Saturday because they're expecting - just as we are - an impulse of low pressure to spread a good band of snow on us, up to six inches.
Then on Sunday that system is supposed to transfer its energy to an off-shore low, and that should lay an additional coating of snow in the area. The but question is: when that low forms, how much additional snow will we get? Do we ever change over and get a mix of sleet and freezing rain on Sunday?
We do know that this first kick of snow on Saturday is going to drop about six inches, starting about 1:00 p.m. and it will get heavy on Saturday night with near blizzard conditions.
The snow will last through Sunday morning, but once Sunday rolls around our estimates are subject to great change because we need to see where that second storm system looks like it's going to present itself.
Def doesn't look fun.
Maybe if we were in High School again we'd be happy about this!!!!
