Ligament a bit below and left to my left leg's knee used to hurt whenever I did lying leg curl.
Suprisingly, today it didn't.
Dad told me to do lying leg curls with small weights to "train" that ligament so it gets stronger and stops hurting.
It obviously worked.
I'm saying this just in case you wonder why I did lying leg curls with small weights.
Damn dude...nice...from what ive read though people were saying to do 12-15 reps for legs cuz they regen harder

He is so ripped, but he wont post pictures. That doesnt make sense. If you have a nice body why would you not wana show people all the hard work you are doing is paying off?

My workout consists of this (5 days a week)
bicep curl 4 setsx20 reps 200lbs
leg extension 4 setsx20 reps 200lbs
ab crunches, 1000 a day
1hr 30 mins of cardio 5 days a week (either running outside or running on the treadmill)
tricep curl 4 setsx20 reps 100lbs
And they still don't want me in Miss Fitness pageants 
Then I go home and have a little glass of water, a few mini baby carrot sticks and a nice lettuce salad.

Damn I can't lift more than 200lbs! The weights at my gym stop at 200lbs. It's like lifting a feather to me...it's too easy now
