Yeah, I was about to say that.

Actually, to get big like that you have to take "liters" (don't know is it literally) of syhthol over 10+ years.
That's what I heard.
Oh, and people like him give bodybuilding a bad name.
Check this out:

Oh, forgot to post today's workout...

Squats
8x 10 kg (22 lbs) (Warm up)

8x 70 kg (155 lbs)
6x 80 kg (177 lbs)

Leg extension
8x 30 kg (66 lbs)
8x 35 kg (77 lbs)
8x 40 kg (88 lbs)
8x 45 kg (100 lbs)

Leg press
8x 140 kg (311 lbs)
8x 145 kg (322 lbs)
8x 150 kg (333 lbs)
8x 155 kg (344 lbs)

Lying leg curl **
8x 20 kg (44 lbs)
8x 20 kg (44 lbs)
8x 25 kg (55 lbs)
8x 25 kg (55 lbs)

Incline crunches/sit-ups
8x 10 kg (22 lbs) on chest
8x 15 kg (33 lbs) on chest
8x 25 kg (55 lbs) on chest
8x 30 kg (66 lbs) on chest

Hanging leg raise
8x my own weight
8x 1 kg (2 lbs) on each leg
8x 2 kg (4 lbs) on each leg
8x 2 kg (4 lbs) on each leg

**
Ligament a bit below and left to my left leg's knee used to hurt whenever I did lying leg curl.
Suprisingly, today it didn't.
Dad told me to do lying leg curls with small weights to "train" that ligament so it gets stronger and stops hurting.
It obviously worked.
I'm saying this just in case you wonder why I did lying leg curls with small weights.

i'm pretty sure the point of this thread is to discuss how to mold your body into what you want it to be, not to boast about what you currently have.

that's awesome that you're in good shape though gmoney, good on yah!

Im sorry I dont turn you on.

edit: I like how everyone refers to "The Internet" as this huge global society where all 6.5 billion people are constantly updated on eachothers current state of being. There are like 9 people from this site I talk to. and Im pretty sure nobody else gives a shit about me lol. Just weird when someone somehow gets offended by this? and needs to say how offended/more awesome they are...

Like....what could your goal possibly be? To make me writhe in the crushing grip of your inescapable logic and just delete this thread because I basically have no other choice...logically...

Im bemused by you thinking youre that important! Its adorable! lol.

ite...anyway. Lol. Tomorrow is chest day

Posted by Evil_Gnome on Mar-07-2005 06:33:

He is so ripped, but he wont post pictures. That doesnt make sense. If you have a nice body why would you not wana show people all the hard work you are doing is paying off?

Posted by gmoney on Mar-07-2005 06:59:

Because I don't want random people taking pictures of me and doing weird things with them

Posted by Orbax on Mar-07-2005 07:23:

Im glad youre so confident with your body. All that work for nothin

From many resources, 6-8 reps for mass, 12-15 reps for definition.
And I need mass.
Oh, and where would I get doing 12-15 squat reps? Damn.

Oh, btw. Today's the shoulders and calves day.

Weak sauce.

Posted by Refinnej on Mar-07-2005 14:31:

My workout consists of this (5 days a week)

bicep curl 4 setsx20 reps 200lbs
leg extension 4 setsx20 reps 200lbs
ab crunches, 1000 a day
1hr 30 mins of cardio 5 days a week (either running outside or running on the treadmill)
tricep curl 4 setsx20 reps 100lbs

And they still don't want me in Miss Fitness pageants

Then I go home and have a little glass of water, a few mini baby carrot sticks and a nice lettuce salad.

1000 abs a day?? Damn dude. You are leaving out back, delts, shoulders, calves, hamstrings, etc.

If you are really that strong, I seriously doubt that you would let yourself be limited by machine weight capacities.

E1 knows that free-weight complex movements are where it's at for strength training.

Let's dissect your exercise regimen:

bicep curl 4 setsx20 reps 200lbs
tricep curl 4 setsx20 reps 100lbs
leg extension 4 setsx20 reps 200lbs

Hmm, you do less weight for your triceps than you do your biceps? Triceps consisting of 3 muscles versus the biceps 2 should be an inherently stronger muscle group.

And since we know that your weight machines stop at 200, you couldn't possibly do more weight for your legs. But, since the legs consist of 4 muscles versus the biceps 2....shouldn't you be able to complete more than 20 reps? Hmmm, weird.

Either your body is WAAAAAAAAAAAY out of proportion or you are just having a little fun here in the Workout Thread. Either way:

MYTH BUSTED!

Muahahahahahahahaaa!!!
