So whats happening on Stephan Grodin?

If there's gonna be a local on here, it should be him.

He's spun on the same card as DJ Vibe (spinning again Nov 17 @ Stereo with Vibe).

He's gonna bring ppl from NY (with Vibe) if New Yorkers know what's good for them

He's gonna bring in the Stereoheads, and along with Vibe, the gay dollar. You know Balenblanc tries to cover all markets.

He's just damn good, usually one of the best djs in that house room at BeB (but gets a shitty timeslot or has not been experienced by the trance elves over in the other room). He's better than Fabi, Malick, Torrence, or pretty much all the locals you can throw out there that have spun at massives recently (imo). And by the way, he's in NY every month, so he doesn't actually spin in Montreal every week.

I heard about alot Grondin. Never been to any of his gigs. Although I am more into trance, I like Vibe's stuff. Is Grondon's style similar ??????

Was it on a Tues for Pride Week or something? Or was it when I was in Vancouver in July?? There's no way I would miss Grondin otherwise. He may have done a gig at Helsinki or maybe a Canada Day gig somewhere .. but no way I would miss that guy

U got it..those were the days...Canada day was the outside party on Bank and Lauier and the other one was Gay pride week in August. Joe Juarez always brings him down...don't know why Neil doesn't book him....he's better than most headliners that spin at Heaven.

yes, I remember seeing his name for that Tues and yeah, also Canada Day as well, but I was at a house party with non-edm'ers. I did go to that Bank Street party briefly afterwards but he was done on the decks.

It is pretty good. Depends on where you are staying. Last time I have been there was for sensation. The Sound was really good in front of the DJ booth but it was bad on his left.

so what are the odds of getting anykind of time slot for svd or markus.. my decision going depends on it lol... no dj is worth waiting for past 6am anymore.. its bullshit.:/

lets just hope that this is the final lineup. I heard that there is will be another headliner. That would be crap though......

you are right.....but you won't be "waiting", you'll be listening to Lawler, or another good dj.....compared to Sensation, this is a way better lineup.....even resolution last year

aye.. but the steve lawler of today is not the deep tribal house steve lawler of 2002 that i would like to hear.. im listening to lawlers closing set at space from july... minimal..*twitches*.... edit: not my bag baby.. lol
