Yes, this is quite the find..In this Paul uses his modern approach and nails it almost perfectly but still not as good back then, imo.

Here's an EP from Steve Porter I'm sure some here might like from Fade Recordings..I'm pretty sure they belong in the Melodic Progressive thread.
