What's wrong with it is that I feel like crap, lol. Here and there is fine...but I've been doing it too often the past week or two.
i figure if i burn the calories working out then i don't mind cheating and eating a little junk here and there. hot pockets and ramen (but not together) ftw.
It's not even that though...my body just feels like shit. All sluggish and poopy.

Uhhh my fatass was 190 this morning.

took 3 days off for recovery. Time to get back in and do some muscle damage with legs today! Might hurt a bit cause I had a big house party this weekend, and was intoxicated for 2 days straight
Diet has been ok, but I'm quite a but under with cals the past few days.

I was sick all last week.. gonna try to run tonight and see how that goes.
My workout sucked today. FUCK.

Oh man...I know I said before that I don't understand why everyone hates doing legs so much, but I realized today that I was only doing 2x10 weighted lunges per leg, when I want to be doing 15-20.
So today I did 15 and jesus fucking fuck I was almost in tears. Fuck.

There's this shredded chick at the gym who, although I don't ever want to look like her, I can't help but look up to/admire in a way. She obviously knows what she's doing and works hard. However, I used a couple of the machines after her, and she was only pushing 40lbs, whereas I push 85. Fuck yeah.
Also, there was this fucking dumb cunt in the gym today attempting to do bicep curls, and doing it all wrong, lmfao. I looked over at the shredded chick to see if she, like I, had noticed and thought "What a fucking MORON", and sure enough she was looking right at her with this big fucking disgusted smirk on her face, lmao.
I hate people at the gym.
Also, I love doing pushups in front of the cardio bunnies. I have no choice cause that's where the back row machine is and I do supersets...but yeah I have to admit I love showing off in front of those stupid whores. 
patrick is buying us rollerblades tomorrow lol i'm actually pretty good on them and used to go to a 3 mile track regularly with my mom so i'm down. i've been going to the gym again anyway with all my new time off, but i only last 45 min. it's all i need, i'm not trying to accomplish anything major. just tone up a bit and get my heart in shape with a little cardio pre and post workout. the only thing that sucks about the rollerblading is the sun. i'm gonna have to gear up with a hat and sunblock, etc... every time we go. i'm tempted to wear my billabong surf/jet ski shirt because it's meant for that. it's that light stretchy material and it's long sleeved and it totally keeps me from getting fried every time we go out on it.
45 minutes is ideal, really. I'm pretty sure it's counterproductive to spend any longer than that working your muscles out.
I don't even do as much cardio as I used to. 15-20 minutes around the track before every workout. I'm in and out of the gym in under an hour.
Also, I love rollerblading. The waterfront in my city has an awesome bike/walking path. Love love love it!!

second day in a row with an awesome workout...did too much with my lower back / core i guess so had to cut cardio to ~22min because my back couldn't stand it anymore. anyhow yeah.

I've had no motivation to go to the gym this week went monday and blah.
