How is your progress going last few weeks? Still dropping the fat pretty quick or is it slowing down? You should be close to hitting your goal aren't you?

Last few weeks for me have been great. I've been focusing on shoulders and chest and I've been making good gains. I'm getting more of a cut from doing a lot more dumb bell flies for chest work instead of presses. I'll have to post some progress pics soon. It's odd for 2 weeks straight my weight was 166.4 using the same scale of course. I must of dropped some fat and gained a tad of muscle since I have made some gains. I cut carbs way back to only around 50g a day.

The weight loss definitely slowed down, but I'm not sure about the fat loss. I may have put on a few pounds of muscle. Holding at about 186 right now. Wouldn't mind getting down to 166 though.

I took a couple days of last week, but it was good timing for it. I dropped a couple pounds of mass but my strength is still amazing

lol but I was also doing a lot of coke back then

I've never been like a stick though, I have a really broad back and shoulders. Making my chest strong and big. Up until recently my arms have been my weakest group but now I have even strength just about everywhere.

slackers my ass. spent a constructive two hours in the gym yesterday plus since it's nicer outside have started walking from work to the gym which is ~2miles.

nay to the running, the streets are too crowded plus i have my gym bag and a purse so would be a bit hard to do. i do speed walk though, i'm one of those annoying people who weave a lot.

Also, my legs are finally starting to get the look I want. I realized I had to suck it up and go for more beefyness, cause that's how my legs are naturally. So I kicked up the weight on everything by 10-15 pounds. Woo woo! My hamstrings look gooood. Well, better.
