The weight loss definitely slowed down, but I'm not sure about the fat loss. I may have put on a few pounds of muscle. Holding at about 186 right now. Wouldn't mind getting down to 166 though.
I took a couple days of last week, but it was good timing for it. I dropped a couple pounds of mass but my strength is still amazing

Last time I checked it a couple months back it was at 9% the lowest I ever got was 6.5%

I've never been like a stick though, I have a really broad back and shoulders. Making my chest strong and big. Up until recently my arms have been my weakest group but now I have even strength just about everywhere.
