Running buddies are great for those first few miles that prove more motivationally challenging then the last few, and can be a lot of fun when you're doing something low-key, like a recovery run.

It's always funny, as squirrelly mentioned, how you so often wind up competing against each other at some point during the run. You feel them breathing on your shoulder, you make a move, they make a move, you make a bigger move, and then it's owwnnnnn!

Aside from that, running in a group can be downright hilarious, but not recommended if you're trying to get some serious work done (depending upon what kind of people you're with).

Ahhh, good times.

I don't have a professional technique though... I never trained for tennis. Just started playing when I was about 7 with my dad.

However, my sister's bf used to play competitive tennis and I have kicked his ass more than a few times


How do you get your legs so sexy looking chimera??

you should know better then anyone that all those sugars and saturated fats are not quality calories to put on good weight.

sure i can eat 4 double cheeseburgers and 3 large milkshakes everyday to get to 4000 calories. but ill just end up getting diabetes and high cholesterol. I don't think ill be putting on much quality weight before i get a stroke.

I need to start eating healthy again and alot. I know i can do it because i was doing it before.

u said u wanted fat, not quality muscle. For the record, u can eat total shit food, as long as calories don't go over what u need. Of course this is extremely hard to do but some people eat complete shit and look unreal. I know a few dudes who do this. Genetics

iknow ive done this.. calorie counting.. just getting up to that number doing whatever i could .


I started feeling sluggish after about a month or so I did a physical, they sent me in for a sigmoidoscopy and blood work. Scared the shit out of me lol but my cholestor went through the roof and my liver enzymes were extremely elevated.


anyways, i can deal with fat i want to bulk up (muscle and fat) and then tone afterwards.

People may look great and unreal on the outside.. but you have to wonder whats happening on the inside as well. BEtter to play it safe then sorry.

True that. There's no way I can eat shit and stay lean. I'm sorta carb sensitive and whan I eat a decent amount it bloats me. I hate that feeling, and rarely gorge myself on carbs. I'm definitely military when it comes to diet.

i still strongly disagree with eric's assessment of that photo . i don't know i do the normal stuff just target each muscle with an exercise. nothing much honestly but takes an hour.

I just got back from abusing my body. The strength in my back and shoulders is unreal I was lifting 10-15lbs heavier then usual. One thing that is worrying me is my weight for the last week I have lost weight steadily today I weighed 173 and that's not even my morning weight. Hmmm maybe I'll just keep my diet the way it is now and try to get super lean but meh if I add cardio to my current routine I will lose to much mass ugh wjsang;akngaown eg what do I do!!!!

It's typical to fluctuate 3-5lbs every day, when training. There's no issue there.

Yeah, since reintroducing carbs back into my diet in a manner that I don't have to calorie count and be all anal, my weight has been sitting right where it should naturally be. I fluctuate between 116 - 120.
