My boys rented a condo, and aside from that and flight, one spent $1600 CDN.

They bought food for the week and cooked their own meals, and only ate out occasionally, but bottle service and greasing those necessary to skip some lines can up the tab.

"You know what this party needs? Puppies, dogs - imagine it, your own personal canine to play with." - RJ @ Lawler

"There's a filter in this? Really? Shit!"

"I have two brain cells left but they're busy procreating so....I got nothing." - Mike

"Glaude just gave me goosebumps!"

I took cough syrup with codeine after work in an attempt to stop coughing - wasn't feeling it so took more and then 15 mins. later went - whoa! Too much! And promptly passed out until this morning.

I will get pics sorted out tonight, I promise.

I think I'm 'over' WMC- having done it so many years in a row already. The best part of the trip was renting the Vida Dulce, staying w/good friends, and seeing my Miami buddies after 2 long years. None of the parties really wowed me, tho Lawler had the best beats, and the Danny T party was the funnest, Sullivan Room party was also good. The 3 other parties I did were not worth mentioning, and for someone who used to manage 4 parties a day at WMC, the 6 I did for the week was MORE than enough for me to handle. I've realized I'm getting too old for it, and my age has finally caught up to me. Next year, would definitely be into renting the house again, but only pick 2 parties to go to, and spend the time doing all the things I didn't get to do (sightseeing, Everglades, outlet malls, etc...).

Big thanks to everyone who came along and helped in their own little & big ways, and kept my sanity. A special thank you to Graham who has given me the best-behaved 2 weeks of our relationship. May we all remember this great time together for the rest of our lives.

I'm still too tired to get back into my gym routine. I managed to spill 3 drinks all over myself between boarding and getting off the plane. My day yesterday was a disaster, having driven 40+ mins out to Richmond Hill to take photos, only to discover I'd left my flash cards on my computer desk. Had to return home to get it and come back, setting me back a few hours, resulting in a cancelled personal traning session & loss of its payment.

Graham came home w/an infected tooth, which needs to be pulled, seeing that repairing it will be too $$$ and long to fix.

And came home to a disconnected phone line cuz some idiot at Rogers decided to cancel our service before our new carrier took over. Hopefully we'll be back up tomorrow.

Oh god...that mohito picture is making me, well, remember to buy mohito stuff after work today!

And PLEASE, PLEASE, someone come up with the Calderone/Vibe/Murk set! PLEASE!

Just checked my Verizon account....

236 text messages during WMC

....which is $23.60 on my phone bill. Oh well, far better than the usual $60 in roaming fees when I visit Toronto.

I'm sure it's been mentioned but how much was that place to rent for the week?

Posted by Killah Monkey on Mar-31-2006 18:56:

Best trip ever....

Injuries incurred...

Broken toe
2 black toe nails (Fackin D & G Biatches!)
shin splints in both legs
sore knees
broken lip
1/2 hr recovery at chiropractor...

Longest time without sleeping.... 52 hr

# times on video... Too many to count

Two most favourite people met... Dancing Josh from Chicago and Norm from Toronto

Most priceless moment of all time... getting kissed on the cheek by Erick Morillo and not being able to studder out any of the words I have wanted to say to him for so long...

Best pick-up line of the week - "You look pimp...yo!"

Most tired pick-up line of the week - "so, can I work this p*ssy?"

Best reaction to meeting Filbert... Dumping a bottle of water on his head, tearing off his coat and running around the terrace...

Miami 2007, we are planning now....

more to follow.....

Murk was in another room and (AFAIK) didn't play with Calderone/Vibe.

Vibe opened, Calderone did an hour or so and then they went B2B for the remainder of the night.

Verdict? Vibe > Calderone.
