if not 320 we r talking atleast 192. 2 hours of piet 3 hours of yoji possibly 2 hours of guy too and if all goes well brad too so i am saying atleat 1.5 to 2 gigs free space.

You are truly the man if you pull this off. This seems way more difficult than bootlegging a rock concert. BTW, can you recommend an MP3 player for recording gigs. I'm planning on recording the Depeche Mode concert on May 18th and need one for the job.
