How many reps do you guys do on lunges?
It seems like everyone uses much lighter weight for lunges than I do. Maybe I'm not doing enough reps.

2x12-15 per leg
I basically just walk it 12-15 paces one way, then walk 12-15 back the other way.
Every time I do legs at the gym, the next day I unexpectedly have to go somewhere where I have to use the stairs. FML.

Yeah my legs are actually sore today...like achy. But I think that's from getting all blazed up/burnt out after the gym. Lulz.
lunges are serious business. when i was a thrower in track, nobody really cared what we did for our workouts. so one day we got bored and we lunged around the track once, a quarter-mile. about half way into it we were already hurting, by the end of it i wanted to cry. the next morning i got out of bed in a hurry because i was late and fell straight over
