here is from the side.. i bulked up a tiny bit when i went to 153 then down to 144. lost some cut in my stomach and i need to beef up those arms a bit more and shoulders.

Same here, but I definitely try to put enough weight that I will hit muscle failure within 8-12 reps.

repped 185 four times pretty easy with perfect from

then hit up 205 once pretty easy again with perfect form

didn't have a spotter and i've had a few drinks and 1mg of xanax so i decided that was dangerous enough for tonight

as im trying to gain weight again my diet consists of minimum 3000 calories (i try to get at least that. but i usually have been failing these days at around 2500). Alot of carbs, no enriched or white bread. keep it brown. Low cholesterol proteins, fish, turkey chicken mainly more then beef. I would say its about a 30 40 30 fat to carb to protein ratio. no supplements right now except protein after workout.

at 150 and 6"1 i would just bulk bulk bulk (EAT) and lift heavy. IF you havent lifted before you need a starter routine though. Im actually working now on a starter routine.

Basically its full body every other day.

15 reps 3 sets for each body part

legs
chest
back
shoulders
biceps
triceps
abs


30 second breaks betweeen each set. do this for a couple of weeks
and then switch then switch the reps to 12 and 45 second break

couple of more weeks 10 and 1 minute breaks

couple of weeks then you go into a 2 day split 4 sets of 8 1:15 breaks
couple of weeks 4 of 6 1:30
couple of weeks 4 of 5 1:45

This was the last routine i did i went from 141 to 153 in that time but unfortunatley i lost alot of weight after and am back to 144.

I have an odd metabolism... I gain weight really slowly but it sticks, its just that I dont work enough to work it off.

This probably will put barely half pound dent in my weight after everything has passed through...

At work there was this one guy who was close to 300lbs, I ate way more than he ever did... he was amazed that I weigh what I weigh.

Still not good though, I just felt like piggin out tonight since I skipped breakfast (bad!) and slept through lunch (worse!).


I'll do my 15 mile bike course of heavy hills tmrw and that will put me back at even for this adventure...

How much do you weigh? whats your height? whats your target weight and whats your diet like?
