very nice remix indeed, but i'm gonna point out good stuff and some stuff u probably won't like 2 hear i think the style is too similar to your lightworks stuff and the kinda synthesised snare roll and shakers have had their day, nice to see the rimshot disapear the strings and new build are minted the bass needs a revamp, i've been gettin some nice stuff out of fm7 basswise recently if u wanna have a play round with that, some of the stuff it kicks out could really be up your street imo. also the melody seems a bit weird, not the way you have played with the notes, thats cool, but it seems to be a bit fukked up like some of the notes are in the wrong place and its not the right length. the main synth kinda just appears suddenly and dissapears suddenly aswell.

sorry for being picky, nice remix, but i've had enuff of ligaya now lol

1 other thing, make the main percs a lil louder, clap sounds too weak when its being mixed

damn...this is a seriously great rmx...i dont really enjoy the original to this song, but this one is great...jus pure energy through the whole thing...left me speechless...not exageratin...

the typical lightworks sounds

i really like the breakdown, that was the best bit, plentyful in energy

but the main synth thru it was not so great, it lacked rhythm for some reason...

overall a great remix and a must be heard'er

cheers for the kind & constructive feedback people! my thoughts are i've had enough of this ligaya tune as well, besides i didn't like that melody for 100% either... probably got tired of it

luke : i've tried some fm7 too a while ago, check "away from here" - the bass is constructed with the good old fm7. i like that softsynth, though i find it hard getting decent low end on them basslines it produces. but, if you would be that kind, i'd like to try some of your presets mate now go get some sleep!

Really good work - in my opinion the main melody is better in this remix than the original version and existing mixes. I love what you've done for the intro and outro as well.

Judging from the what you've been hearing about your remix so far, you can predict as to what Im going to say.
Absolutley stunning...pure remix quality. That main synth and lead is fucking awesome...really cool effects, and sounds really clean and professional.
One thing however...for such an epic break, the breakdown lacks energgy big time...either a stronger kick, heavier synths, or more polyphony during the breakdown is recommended, but other than that, it's fantastic.
Please tell me when a release on 12" is due, or even on CD. I would like to have a copy for myself.
Keep it up.
BTW, how did you do this remix? I'm thinking of getting into music production as well, but I have NO idea where to start.

yeah, might be a tad tricky... thing is, i also need visitors to my page to keep the *.tk account alive, therefore i leave out the direct link. hope you understand, it's not to make things difficult on purpose

Hi.... great track, IMO the beginning and the end with your own melodies ( ? ) are awesome. This could be even a better track as a completely new one. The ligaya melody is nice but the beginning and the end are so strong that I at least enjoyed them more than the ligaya part...But altogether great work and awesome sound quality, totally pro!!
