get a life?

do you need to defend your beloved tiesto on every fucking post i make, or cant you take a joke? oh wait you cant.

i made that ages ago when the cover was first shown for a joke with my mates, and it jsut happend to remind me it was still online, it took about 2 seconds to make.

just because you want to shag tiesto up the arse get all defensive over him doesnt mean i cant have a joke, OK?

everyone on here has to take everything SOOO fuckin serious, sheesh, its not tiesto is your dad or anything...

So right.

Prime example: Global DJ Broadcast 2 weeks ago. Paul van Dyk played an absolutely horrid set ranging across the board from progressive to hard trance, uplifting and even a touch of french-house style tracks.

Everyone said he was brilliant for mixing so many genres into one set.

But everyone slags Tiesto for having different styles in his set.

Sheep.

i like the tunes tiesto plays, especially the variation.

everyone else seems to be in denial of his beatmatching ability among other thing.

and that is my final 2 penny contribution to this thread,

Oh the irony...

I didnt find the pic funny at all, so why should I start laughin and support this thread like some people are doing? Because you are the beloved Ste? Hell no. I will continue expressing my opinion no matter if you start a flame war everytime Tiesto releases a new single/remix/album. It has been like this for years and if I dont like your obsessive stupid Tiesto bashing, I will say it.

I mean I even made a shirt with the guy's name on it.. but please, a good joke is a good joke and you have to laugh about it.. otherwise you'll become an old, decrepit, senseless prune with no sense of humor... man, life is better than that... peace!

THAT MIX FUCKING SUCKED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and i love pvd!

Posted by OhioTranceFan on Apr-27-2003 03:51:

ok, so now its down to, 'whos the bigger person?'. its basically who will say, 'you know, i dont care who you like, ill like who i like' first. now somebody please say it and we can close this thread.

Here, ill make it easy. PVD and Tiesto can both spin and produce better than i can.

Does it matter?

But based on past evidence, I'd say it's probably mixed live. Can't say for sure.

I agree. The only PVD CD I have ever like is Global....
I have many of his liveset performances though, which I love! It does almost sound like a different person!!!!

To me, tiesto is the only DJ who can capture what it feels like to hear himself/herself live on a studio compilation. Just buy ISOS1, or summerbreeze... Whoever said PVD doesn't do it for the money: Why does he bitch about people DLing his music, while Tiesto says he feels honored that somene would download an mp3 that he made???
I'd like to see any of you outmix Tiesto...

In response to someone's question above, yes all his releases are live turntable mixes except for "IN My Memory..."

BTW, i found the pic funny, and I'm a huge fan.

Posted by DJDigDug on Apr-27-2003 08:59:

Who gives a fuck about greed, if the ch00n makes me dr00l it makes me drool, good trance is good trance, if tiesto produces a product which I feel is worthy of purchasing then i will support him, if you hate him dont buy his music if you like it then at least support the guy so he can afford to make more lolz, yeah he makes a shit load but those studios arent cheap either lolz.

Mixed on live turntables, that is Tiesto's trademark. The reason why all of his mix compilations stand out from the rest is that they actually sound real and it gives the music a fresh feel all the way through.

Today I listen to an old Armin or Ferry CD and it all sounds so outdated and bland. However, I could listen to Magik 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, ISOS 1, 2, 3, Revolution, FP 3-7 everyday and always find something new to them. Tiesto's mix compilations are alwats true works of art.
