I had a good nite in all, heard some top tunes and met some cool people as usual only complaints are havin to wait for armin to stop signin autographs at the start of the nite and to get on the decks, had to hang around in the other room for quite some time, (but I guess he made up for it by playing till 6:40am.)
I noticed near enuff all his mixin was a tiny bit off, each time he brought in a tune he had to adjust it a small bit, nothing major tho, plus he must have been tired as fuck towards the end!
Was dead impressed when clocks came on, wanted to hear that again ever since heard marco play it, also didnt expect to hear boomerang at all but was pleasantly surprised
I totally ran out of energy around half 4 tho, had to sit on the railings for rest of nite n jus chill to the good tunes bein played.
O yeh and the sound of goodbye played was the dark matter remix, best mix IMO

POS - Remember (Summer Sun) is far from cheesy. Real energetic driving trance!
And North Pole is so uplifting, and I cant see your argument for it not fitting into the set.....but each to there own....

had a generally good time alternative stylee night, despite goin round ricks first n feeling out of place...nothing against anyone there, it's just I felt like i was from a different planet at some points. culture clash. was saved from obscurity by alan who got very drunk and needed looking after to ensure he didn't embarass himself overly, which probably happened neway.

When got to crasher was pretty empty, was pleased to see the TAs that were there the club filled but it still wasn't packed like on some nights, meant there was good room to dance and move about in but I did miss all me other mates.
Meant i met some of the (semi) new people tho, conclusion = sound.

Music wise i found it very uppy n downy but then again this was no different from any other night with many DJs playing. Overall i enjoyed what armin did, especially towards the end.

Can't remember what i did in the middle of the night really, felt ill again, buggery. made twat of myself to some people i'm sure, buggery x2.

Ultimate conclusion, good - have had better.

Nah, the trained monkey for a bouncer just looked at my camera, made some sort of grunt and let me through

Posted by DJ_FRAZ on Apr-28-2003 22:56:

im quite annoyed at this.
Why make a policy and not adhere to it?

It's on the flyers for PVD on may 17 aswell, no camera's blah blah blah.

Doesn't look like they can really control people bringing them in, it just puts people off bringing them, like it did us last saturday

Posted by jamie on Apr-28-2003 23:10:

well the main reason is that is crasher....

The management decide sommit but the shaved monkeys on the door dont want to have to sort out somewhere to put it etc if they take it off u.

No loss to them if u get in with it

I even pointed my camera at Paul Underhill. He just smiled....
