His set in Kremlin last saterday Rocked!! But it was more progressive and more deep...Magik 7 includes only trance-tracks (and flight 643)..His set in Kremlin was much better than Magik 7!!!(is my opinion)

I was at the Mayan in los Angeles for Tiesto's live recording of Magik 7! It is definitely a great mix!

For all fellow Tiesto fans, he is scheduled to be making another appearance in September in LA (a 3-hour set) along with BT, Carl Cox, and Sasha and Digweed according to ravelinks.com.

I was also told from another friend of mine that the same promoter that brought Tiesto to the Mayan is trying to bring him back this summer! I hope so!

I'll keep you all posted...

Talking

WEll, Black Hole Records is owned by DJ TIESTO, and in fact, Tiesto has said that there's nothing bad on sharing his mp3's or stuff under his label I guess( anything heaving his name on ) and he says that thanx to that , people has been able to get to know this great DJ, ............... so nothing bad on uploading I guess...
PEACE!!!!!
ooooooooooohhhhhh
I know for a fact that this MIX kicks ass!!!! :-)

What tiesto answered about the question of MP3s:

"Well, I'm not in there for the money. I'm really glad, actually honored, that people download my music. That's a compliment I think."

What PvD answered:

"The first thing, it's illegal. It's basically stealing. Secondly, just imagine that you and I don't know how many thousand download my music. At some point I'm not able to live on my music anymore and then I have to go get a job besides making my music. That means that I'm producing less music and at the end of the day you won't get any Paul van Dyk music."

Thats kinda lame dont you think?
Cause that guy must make tons of money on MIXING those trax together on a big party.....
mean....they say he is the fourth best DJ in the world......

Posted by patticus on Jun-08-2001 07:47:

liquidx, you're just saying that so the dood will upload his promo.

i believe there is a point to what pvd says, but uploading and sharing REALLy helps get a dj's name out there.
when i first saw the track "pvd vs. dj tiesto - global clubbing rendezvous".. must have been a few yrs ago
i was like "i like pvd, but who's this chump tiesto?"
but of course now i eat my words like shit

maybe if we only shared sets, and not albums, that could be a fair compromise.

i still don't think that there will ever be a comp. as good or better than magik 6...

Posted by patticus on Jun-08-2001 09:15:

the original trance nation is better

but magik 6 is damn amazing still

Arrow

Good, but i don't think that bol.com will deliver Magik 7 to me... Russia is far from Europe and Ekaterinburg much more. I'll wait for mp3s

Greetings,
CJ Slater
