Thanks. I made this within Reason 2 and the vocals are from an acapella which I was lucky enough to find on a...'Madonna Share Hub'

production is great, but I'm having trouble getting beyond the fact that it's not Madonna singing. that drives me nuts. but I guess you can't have everything. good production though.

Sorry, but it's not. I have been a fan of Madonna since her debut in 1983. Trust me, its not her singing.

I must add - its someone who sounds A LOT like her, cheers to her for sounding so similar. But it's not the real thing. If you can't tell its not her when listening, then you just don't know Madonna's sound that well. Again I have been following her music since she started, I would probably be called a "superfan"..

Much respect on the production work!!! Unfortunately I must agree with Trants, this is not Madonna singing and like he said she sounds a LOT like her but it is not. Also like / Madhouse - Like A Prayer / That girl sounds similar to her as well but alas it is not the Real Madonna.

Like I said though, good job on the beats and melodies! I myself and diving into the world of Reason and I love it.

PS - I may play this @ my gig with Scott Bond on the 29th. http://www.tranceaddict.com/forums/...threadid=105414

I'm something of a Madonna fan as well and I'm pretty certain that the vocals are hers. They probably don't sound like it in my remix because a) the studio acapella I got them from was only 128kbps, b) they got time stretched quite a bit and c) i put effects on them. Errr...but it's not important! Glad you like the track.

Thankyou for your kind words! I would love for you to use the track in a mix or for a live audience - go right ahead. The vocals are from a studio acapella I downloaded, and the track was produced entirely in Reason 2.

What can I say MaRt,this turned out to be every bit as mindblowing as I thought it would be with Madonna's vox on it(or whatever those vox are). With the vox the tune sounds a lot more powerful, and those breakbeat sequences sound more fierce and flowing with the backing of the vocals, too.Your percussion is excellent as usual as well.

Major respect for this awesome remix, and what the hell, give it a whirl and send it in to Maverick, you got nothing to lose!

I took them from an mp3 featuring nothing but 'Madonna's' original vocals. The filename was something like 'Frozen (Studio Acapella)' so that's why I referred to it as that.

I don't currently have any other solo productions on-line, but if you look for my bit in the TA producers' discography thread, you'll find links to all three of my collaborations with Mr. Mystery under the 'Al Azar' alias.
