Talking Solution :-)

Hi all,

You should all come and live in The Netherlands. All the party's (we have loads of party's) are 18+ but peepz of 16 don't have any trouble getting inside. I see them all the time

Greetz,
Blighty

hey Blighty,

Good idea! Plus I know a little Dutch.

Is Holland less conservative than the U.S.? For example do you have to be 21 for *anything*, or no? (I've heard it's much less conservative when it comes to sex lol)

By the way, you said that you currently live in the UK... How conservative is Britain in terms of everything? LOL

Oops -- I'm sorry, I confused you with DJ Martijn...
DJ Martijn has the same avatar, almost

fuck, why am i only 17? i really wonna go see picotto he is one of my favorites....do they accept fake IDs at nation?

Posted by nennon on Jun-07-2001 02:25:

Lol, do they accept fake id when you're buying beer?

It's all about you and the id.. silly question

Posted by havok118 on Jun-07-2001 05:06:

Yeah, I work for buzz...

Now that the age limit is lowered, it has been getting pretty crowded, so come early. Fake id's usually will work, it's better if you get a real ID from someone that kinda looks like you.

New party in b-more coming up @ the same place as the legendary fever...called origin. Strictly for the house and breaks kids though, won't be much trance there...but check it out, the vibe is always cool.

heehee, the lizard man cometh!!! i have to admit, i'm a bit excited about seeing piccotto. can't wait to hear his hard trance/techno pounding through nation's sound system

Posted by nennon on Jun-07-2001 18:16:

I hope that Nation has plenty of hot raver chicas.. Dancing alone to Mauro Picotto is fun, but dancing to Mauro Picotto with a supermodel is better..

Posted by nennon on Jun-07-2001 22:44:

Oh man, I haven't even thought about that.. If anyone, anywhere, scores Dumonde, I would kill to see that.

I was trying to make up a list of my 10 favorite DJs/producers last week, and forgot to include Dumonde in it.. thanks for the reminder

Hey Adam, good to see ya post some messages up, btw, I'm probably going to see DeepDish tommorrow at Nation and Taucher at Glow on Saturday, it's Andres in case you didn't know Definitely got to be there for Picotto though...

Posted by Eugene on Jun-10-2001 19:13:

Who else spun besides Taucher?
Did Taucher spin melodic trance, or progressive?

I didn't go to Glow this Saturday either.

I actually didn't go to Glow, even though I really wanted to. Got off late from work, couldn't get it touch with a friend of mine... bla bla bla. Anyways, I'm curious to know what music he played... Saw Deep Dish on Friday at Buzz, I must say, that deep house they play is very catchy, they got me listening to it now, very different from the good, ole', comfortable trance, but it's very good. Download Dido-Thank You (Deep Dish Remix) to hear the deepdish sound. I thought it was repetitive at first (it is) but it adds to the whole mood very well... Anyways, I'll definitely see Talla and Bossi this Sat at Glow, and also the Foam Party on Friday at BUZZ! Donald Glaude (very good deep house/techno dj) will be recording his CD that day - Live at Nation! Should be fun... catch ya'll later then

*maxik*

dc

yes, there's a lot of ppl from md/va/dc. maybe we should start a new forum area, like the NY ppl. hey swamper, u reading this?

nennon, buzz is more laid-back in attitude, dance with or without a partner, wear anything u want, techno/trance/drum&bass, very comfortable atmosphere. if u want the 'singles scene' to check out girls and pimp your style, and don't mind the commercialized, mainstream 'europop dance' music, hit platinum. it's bigger than zei (aka glow), and you'll find a parking spot easier. glow just has too much B.O. and not enuf space for me.

mauro picotto on 6/29 is not advance tixs, btw. anyone else going to this? for the new BUZZers, i'd say get there b4 11:30 to minimize waiting. i usually go by 11... comments?
