Yeah, some dude flipped out on drugs, pulled a fire alarm, broke away from his 'confinement area', ran up into the club's office, climbed into the ceiling, started running thru there, putting holes in the ceiling as he went along, clibed 30' into the ceiling and wouldn't come out. Had to send people in looking for him, made it very dangerous for patrons below, in case he were to fall thru the ceiling and land on someone. Swat team got called in, and CP 24 even came by to see the hoopla.
This occured at 5:30am, so everyone in the Kool Haus was forced to leave, cutting Mauro's set off at that time. We weren't allowed over to the Guv side, and a plan had to be devised to handle coat check claims in the parking lot instead.
Apparently there was also a big brawl on the Guv side, involving an extremely large mucle head, about 15 mins before the KH got shut down. A large group of friends just hung outside for a while, listening to the faint sound of DD coming over the patio walls. We finally decided to bail and headed for Cherry Beach for some down time.

Funny thing is, they're flaming me on that thread for an opinionated comment I made and don't regret. Oh well! My 1st tribe-flaming.
the guv is no stranger to things like that.

The story is not on pulse24.com so I don't think the incident is newsworthy enough (only if the day is slow on news then they might decide to work with it)
I'll get Liam's collection of digital photos intact asap, in the meantime I'll just post a little bit from my digicam for now to piss him off :P

Too bad it ended like this for you guys. Deep Dish fucking rocked a night before in Montreal.

well...what a night!
Deep Dish was awesome. The beginning hour or 2 of their set was really loungy house; which was cool cause it gave me some time to socialize with some people It started to pick up around 3:30 or maybe 4...I'm not sure since I took my watch off and lost complete track of time. Anyways, the night came to a sudden, unfortunate halt when me and LKD went into Kool Haus to look for Time2Burn (little did we know that he's in the Guvernment); just as we walked in, music stops and everyone is ordered to evac. We tried to get back into Guv but alas, the exits were blocked off
It's kinda funny, cause just before we went into Kool Haus, LKD managed to request Eminem's Nobody Listen To Techno (Deep Dish/Danny Howells mix). After we got kicked out of KH, we went around to the patio wall and listened to the sounds of DD coming from the Guv, and lo and behold! NOBODY LISTEN TO TECHNO! NOW LET'S GO!!
This night was fun and eventful; nothing more. If I stayed in Guvernment and listened to DD till the end then I know I'd have a good time; since they were really cranking it up.
Shout outs to all the TA's I met; in the Acid Lounge, in the Patio and ones that I just ran into (there's too many of you to name, so I'm naming the area's where I met you instead ).
Short & Sweet
A pretty good night at the club, but the highlight was definitely the afterparty. Big thanks to Ray & Margaret for the hospitality. Bigger thanks to mom for not calling in the car
I spent most of the night in KH, and it just didn't seem like Mauro was into it, but I still had fun.
Nice to see all the TAs after not partying for a few months...

What fun ass night. Esp partying with all of you regs in the acid lounge for a bit.
People I met previous parties and seen again at this one like jojok and sis (hysterie I think?) it was awesome partying with you both. Highroller! Dude you have to come partying more. Fantom, ran into you a few times man, didn't really talk that much but was cool seeing ya. I spent most of my time in the KH and orange room I was in there a little for a bit. Fun night in terms of meeting ppl and partying. Mauro was tons of fun. Didn't get to see Deep Dish or even go into Guv at all the entire night. Only time was in the brief period after the meetup. When I did try and head over there I was stopped because of what happened (was already mentioned). If I forgot anyone you know who you are and can give me hell anyway. Party was good, people were good, music was good, circumstances were bad at least near the end.
P.S Em, noooooooo more eating and then hitting up a party for you!

this was probably one of my best and worst nights ever !
Arrived at the complex approx. 11:30pm with Endlesswave after an awesome BBQ at my Godfather's place having been stuffed with enough meat. ie. beef steak, lamb, chicken wings, etc.

Got inside complex and had ONE Smirnoff Ice. (Section 002)
Wandered into the acid lounge with Endless for 12:30am to be at the TOTA meetup. Found literally everyone inside which looked to be the start of a most slamming party. Took some pictures and ordered a REV (Secion 003).

after spending about 20 mins in the Acid Lounge we then made out way into the Koolhaus for the sweet sounds of Mauro Picotto. After standing around with the crew for about 10 mins .. all of a sudden BOOM!!!
at this point the nite started becoming a blur (and so did my vision). Apparently something that I had ate at the BBQ (see Secion 001) did not seem to agree with the booze I downed and it literally felt like the alcohol was trying to leave my body in everyway that it could including the pores in my palms.
For anyone who might be wondering where I was the whole nite, I was sitting near the right side of the stage in KH puking my brains out while trying to avoid having bouncers see me and risk being thrown out. Massive respects to: Endlesswave, Bizz, maxtuh, Time2Burn, DigiNut, and The Highroller for gutting it out with me by the side for a good 4 HOURS !! (tru playaz!) I dunno how I woulda been able to stay the rest of the night without you guys helping me out there. I also want to appologize to anyone of you who might have felt held back from partying out on the floor because of me, I felt like a burden at times and it was quite embarassing to say the least..
Anyhow, so yea after the pre-meet that was just about the last time that I saw many of you. After spending half the night sitting by the side drinking loads of water and vomitting everything that I had ate the night before including (see Section 002 and 003), 3 or more times.. I finally felt conscious enough to stand up and find everyone else in the venue. Wandered back into the Orange Room to find Ezekiel_D3 and Tordan inside only to be trapped due to causes already explained in prior reviews. I managed to leave the Orange Room, get outside and fool some bouncer into thinking that a friend had my coatcheck ticket inside the Guv so he let me back in. Found Time2Burn inside but eventually left due to the fact that everyone else had been kicked out onto the street about 20 mins earlier.
so yea that was pretty much my nite in a nutshell. Next time no more booze after a real big BBQ for me ..
finally: HUGE THANX to rabbitjoker for giving me and Endlesswave a lift home! Another tru playa ! 
^^^^^ damn hope you get better soon, i hate when you are at a place trying to have a good time, and you get sick, hope next party is better.
