Ferry remix by far. Still gives me chills when I hear it.

Ferry's mix.

Now what the hell is this thread doing in this forum room?

Posted by noonboy on Jun-19-2003 14:42:

tiesto mix.....

reason: tired of ferry's synth sound everywhere.....besides i never listened to trance before 2001 so i didn't get any chance to love ferry's

Posted by Teal_c on Jun-19-2003 18:53:

Ferry's mix is better

Posted by noonboy on Jun-19-2003 19:43:

nope

you can't be tired of a sound you never listened to stop trying to bum tijs like all the other people who only got into trance lately, and realise that there is years & years of history, discover that before you knock it down

tiesto's is a monster tune (especially live), but ferry's remix is superior

Posted by annon185 on Jun-20-2003 21:39:

well i like the ferry remix a lot. but i'll compare the two when i hear a good rip or hear the tune live

Posted by FundeMentaL on Jun-20-2003 21:55:

I think Ferry Corsten nore Tiesto should take the credit for this masterpiece, William Orbit should because he's the one who took a classic piece of music and turned it into one hell of a electronic piece of music.

So give it up for our main man -> WILLIAM ORBIT!

Well the tiesto mix is nice and bangin but it doesnt really offer much new. Its def one that you would stomp along to on the dancefloor whereas the ferry mix makes you fall to ur knees and cry cuz its that beautiful.

I agree. But I still like Tiesto's mix better anyways. It's got more energy in my opinion. Great live song. Heard it when he finished off his set in Edmonton.

after some time i manage to have tiesto mix of this tune and still i believe that ferry mix is much more better even that i love all tiesto mix in this one i prefer ferry i still feel like i am silly or something!

Posted by tobo99 on Jun-24-2003 21:57:

the tiesto mix is really bangin, i wish a had a clean rip to truely appreciate it

Posted by DarkFall01 on Jun-25-2003 17:32:

I like 'em both, but Ferry's my favorite

I don't get it why youHave to like a Tiesto production. Tiesto REmixes are generally pretty good, but hey, not all of them.
The Ferry Corsten Remix of Barber's Adagio 4 Strings is one of my favourites. All time classic 4 me.

nobody ever said you had to like his remixes...just cuz someone happens to like them doesnt mean he was forced to like it
i happen to enjoy the tiesto mix currently a bit more just because its something new and its more banging although you can never go wrong with the classic ferry mix

that's why I said about havingto like a tiesto production.

definately ferry mix, tiestos is a cheesy guido infested piece of garbge, i really dont understand how anyone can enjoy it
i dont even enjoy the ferry mix cause i think its annoying and cheesy, but tiesto? holy shit shoot me!

Posted by djtrancendance on Jul-01-2003 08:34:

tiesto, ferry just didn't retain enough of the original adagio for strings tune in his mix.

Posted by Scythe on Jul-02-2003 05:03:

Both work for me. Tiesto's is more banging and Ferry's is just a more melodic traditional mix... depends what mood I'm in to enjoy either of them

agree completely

Posted by GuvyAddict on Jul-03-2003 03:55:

everytime i listen to the tiesto mix, i get chills all over my body, id do anything to hear this live... tiesto is amazing!
cheers

I can make out tiesto's mix on the download i got dammit...so i cant really say, but i probablies think ferry because it is the classic mix
