I wonder how much big name dj's like dirty beer gardens to play in? Not much class with those venues. Last year at Tiesto the tent at cyotes practically flooded because it rained haha. At least the tent will probably be cooler then in a club.

ok so DuMaurier has Nick Warren in Edmonton
Balance has him in Calgary.

I would think that DuMaurier keeps their site more up to date, but who knows.

I think Du Maurier is correct as they even have a venue. Balance prolly just thought "Canada... where? Oh, America Junior. Where in Canada? Oh some place in Alberta? I know that state. All I recall for cities is Ed-something and Cal..Cal.. Calgary?? Yeah, just put Calgary." Hahahaha!

Well, Armin is playing Sensation on the 5th of July... can he make it in time to play on the 6th at night? I think with the time difference, he can... I'd really like to see a flyer about this though to make confirmation about this great party.

Got a chance to have dinner with him in Ibiza... nicest DJ out there.

they're shooting for somewhere around 2000 people. im doin the promo for this show, yay. but atleast it's summer now and money's always good. this will be a sweet show.

it may work out if armin catches the plane shortly after his set at sensation. he finishes just after 3am CET, so 6pm PT, 7pm MT. that gives him more than 24 hrs to fly to calgary, a flight from a'dam is about 8-10 hrs. it doable.

I think you have the timezone change wrong... I'm assuming CET is Dutch time and they are only +8 hrs ahead of mountain time. So if he finishes at 330CET as is scheduled, he has plenty of time even if he catches a morning flight. Actually, seeing that a flight from Amsterdam is roughly 8 hrs, that cancels out the time change so when he leaves there, he'll arrive here at nearly the same time ie. 10AM flight arrives here at 10AM, maybe 12PM (I'M SUCH A DORK!!!). Bottom line is, ARMIN CAN MAKE IT FOR THE PARTY!!!

I think like last year's billing, the housier DJ (Tall Paul last year) will go first followed by the uber-trance gods (Tiesto last year). I'm gonna guess 9-11 for BBB and 11-1 for AVB since there is a bylaw that outdoor parties have to be down by 1.

Well I'm gonna contact Armin's manager *fingers crossed* within the next few days to see if we can set something up. Something alone the lines of us TA's taking him to dinner (like what the Van TA's are doing with Ferry). Let me know if this sounds interesting to anyone.
