LOOOOOOOOOOOOL

well, we can have a serious chat with him, but not fuck him up physically, it's bad for my reputation

nah... it's ok to have radiorips on the internet, even full track actually, as long as the fans of the track really BUYS the stuff. but that doesn't happen to often so.... let's stick to you suggestion after all

Posted by clubsolutely on Jun-21-2003 17:04:

ok, cool.
it just that all mixes of the track are finished, so why taking more time with it?

envio, can u tell uswhat will be the first releases by armada?

Posted by envio on Jun-21-2003 17:06:

well, the remixes etc set for the track are just primary plannings.. anything can change, although i would love the rusch&elusive remix on the 12" myself.

and the second question of yours... that's some secret inside-information right?
look at only dj's.com .. i guess u can figure it out urself! goodluck!

release it sooner!..i mite as well buy it..online and ships it back here to china...hehe..and i can probably give this local dj i know to play it.....ahh wow...i can just picture it

Posted by envio on Jun-21-2003 17:28:

haha, sounds cool, having my tune over there in China awesome!

Posted by Technaut on Jun-21-2003 17:32:

see i think with radio rips and what not flying about the net i dont think its wise for labels to hold tunes back for so long

All the time people are looking for release dates and are always sad when they find out its months away. :/

Take Aalto - Rush for example, i'm sure a lot of money has been lost because it only got a generel release on the 16th, dont you think?

my fav label for getting tunes out pretty fast is lost Language, ben woods (lost) does a mint job getting new tunage in and also getting it released to the public in good time

Posted by envio on Jun-21-2003 17:34:

well i agree as well, november is kinda late... and there is no problem with releasing it faster.. because nothing is in the way. but there is defenately serious planning behind this. but as i said before, i will check out why the release date has been set so late. there must be some kind of good reason i assume

Posted by Technaut on Jun-21-2003 17:39:

For some reason labels like to hold stuff back. im not really sure why they do that but obviously there must be a reason.

Posted by envio on Jun-21-2003 17:40:

and soon we will all find out

amidst the copious amounts of shit trance around atm, this is a really well produced quality track.

Posted by Strike on Jun-21-2003 20:51:

great track
it really blew me away when i first heard it on asot

all I can say is..at least it's not on Vandit
otherwise we may be waiting until next november

actually delaying the release has its good aspects, take pvd's 'nothing but you' for example!caused damage last summer and it still does.
but for the majority of songs that take too long to be released, well u get tired of them be4 they come out.hope that's not what happens with 'touched by the sun'

So in that case, I'd like to know how everybody got that one, given that it was only sent to Greg Murray, Jon O'Bir and to Armada + two other labels. If the labels that didn't get to sign the track have spread it, then that's just downright disgusting and if people at Armada have leaked it, then that's just tragic.

and the plot thickens...
