i am such a gym junkie...

i go everyday and run 2 miles, then i do about a half hour with the weight machines. hehe i'm stronger than most of the girls at my gym. but i do the same routine everyday, because i obviously do not really want my muscles to get big.

i'm happy i'm doing half my weight with the butterfly press now

and sometimes they play trance at the gym!

<---- lifting cheesecakes to the mouth...
Actually followed Mike mentzer and Arthur Jones HIT principles..
go to www.cyberpump.com or google and look up HIT FAQ 4.0 - it will be the best read u ever had.. I can go deeper into principles if any of u have questions...
It worked for me.. Didnt gain much weight, but was lifting plenty....
bench press 2x body weight at one point.. Got the tee to prove it..
John - your muscle DO NEED break between sets, no matter what juiceheads tell u.. Its been proven many many times... But u might like HIT read (High Intensity Training)...
4 tmes a week is plenty.. If your body doesnt get enough rest, recovery time, your hours/days in the gym are wasted...
and yes, Busy child, when I work out, I do tend to sleep a LOT better, feel a lot better, etc..
My latest hobby: ISOMETRICS.. havent been in gym in a while due to injury, but isometrics do wonders for me...Isometrics = workouts with your own body.. aka: pull-ups, push-ups, dips, upside down legs against the wall(for balance) push downs, work with medicine ball and stretching..
happy work outs..

the fatest man alive could work out his abs everyday and never loose his gut. your abs are just like every other muscle in your body and need rest to. you shouldnt work them everyday. if you wanna loose that gut, take some hydroxycut and do more cardio.
