most emotional video and song has to go to
A PERFECT CIRCLE - 3 LIBRAS

especially the part where he is walking down the hall with his hair over his face, screaming "you don't see me." and the girl is playing the violin surrounded by people

gets me every time

HEY MAN! Thank you!!!

A Perfect Circle - 3 Libras must've been the video I saw of "A Perfect Circle"... Yes, it's amazing!!

As for Incubus, Pardon Me rules... I saw the video on SVT1 [Swedish Television] and recorded it in 1999, still love that song!

I never thought I could want someone so much
cause now you're not here
and I'm knee deep in my own fear
forgive my indecision

and

I dig my toes into the sand
the ocean looks like a thousand diamonds
strewn across a blue blanket
I lean against the wind
pretend that I am weightless
and in this moment I am happy, happy

are my two favourite lyrical peices

The symbolism behind chuck has many many different answers none of which have actually been confirmed or denied by the band. I think its one of those things that they want ppl to debate. Incubus is a band that seems to have lots and lots of inside jokes between the members and the outside world, you can tell from interviews where they will say something that seemingly means nothing, but they all laugh about it. . .

for more info check out their website

www.enjoyincubus.com

also a good fan website is

www.incubusonline.com

there you can find info bout chuck under the FAQ section

*Edit theres actually a link called "chuck" not under faq*

I think incubus has that trancy touch...not the beat, but that atmosphere...i kinda felt it when i was first listening to pardon me.

on the subject of 'trancey touch' in rock bands,
i have to say
NIN have amongst the best,
especially in their live shows,
with their melodical/visual transitions.

NIN - and all that could have been (DVD)
analyse for yourself.

'i see your mouth in slow motion when you sing...'

still gives me goosebumps everytime. echo is an awesome song, but so is that whole cd.

i think my fav song would be Pardon Me (acoustic) as it come across so much better. in fact my favorite work has been their acoustic shit for 120 mins- mp3s are floating around.

brandons voice really demonstrates itself in those. damn.

A Perfect Shade of Green is badass acoustic -the lounge version- haha

thank you elvis|

For those of you who still wanna go see Incubus but don't wanna pay the outrageous price, the lawn seats are currently 1/2 off on ticketmaster.com, this will probably only go for another 6 hrs or so, so you should be quick!!!
