OK, so Ive sent out PM's to everyone who said they are or might be coming.

I need to know numbers by Thursday so I can buy the meat (or by Friday morning by sms/phone) as I can't check the forums after Thursday afternoon.

Let me know if I missed someone and I'll send you a message with all the details.

Depends on what time people want to get there, but if it starts at 10 and people want to get there at 10, then we won't be leaving til 9:30 or so.

Sorry Chookie cant make it. I would love to but I opnly just found out 2 days ago that I am going away tomorrow morning. Not that I want to go away, id rather have a nice weekend at home and come to the meetup but thats what you get when you have a family.
