Yeah, asian drivers are pretty bad. Its mostly the older asian people that bad drivers, but not all are terrible.

Today i was at the gas pump and these stupid asian people wont friggen move up to free gas pumps, they were like 10 feet away and couldnt friggen figure out that when no one is using the pump, you move up!

aight none of you got shit on me and my cops i live in brazil where the cops get payed about $50 a month legally so how do they get by .... BRIBES!!! yes in brazil its customary to give the cop some extra donheiro to help him along in life Even if you havent commited any crime. But then again it also helps when your cought doing underaged stuff hehe as they usually let you go. My teachers freind was once cought doing cocaine and so the cop takes him outside talks to him for about 5 mins the guy give the cop R$50 the cop gives him his drugs back and they all walk away happily. Now that some wierd shit. Dont even get me started on there involvment with the gangs here. *btw i dont support the use of cocaine*

This is the lamest execuse people can use. So we are suppose to kiss their ass for doing their fucking job? Cops aren't saving anybody's lives by giving me a ticket for going 80 mph, it is just plain extortion and a source of income to the goverment.

There really is no advantage to having side lights + fog lights on.

Why not just have normal beams on?

fog lights just blind people in clear weather.

dissing cops is the cool thing to do, only realizing that it sucks they got fined, and not seeing the link between the roles they play in upholding a peaceful society that they live in.

Everything isn't black and white.. there's a whole scale in between. You might get that someday.

btw, i didn't say i didn't deal with the penalties. I've been unluckey a couple of times and bounced in to cranky cops.. thats a part of the game.

I had ^ a. on but not full beam i.e side lights and the lower ones on full beam , . Anyways i aint dissing all cops just the ones that get bored and pull ppl over for little petty things like lights, when there can be out catching real criminals.

me and one of my pals where going over to another guys place to watch a movie or something, cant really remember, then we got pulled over for not signalling when turning out of a roundabout, a thing that nobody cares about doing, since nobody else does... he then wanted to fine him for going 72 on a 70 way... I refuse to generalise becuase everyone is an individual but i can understand the experiences people have had, what do you expect from such a hypocritical state? The entirety of the American Law system is broken, I mean they have only just legalised anal sex, how draconian is that?

I will also refuse to say that this is restricted to the US, but if the Goverment cannot realise hypocracy will destroy it in the end they will know when the time comes...

Absolute Wisdom

Everyone else just wants to complain because it's always SOMEONE ELSE's fault. They think they are perfect and ABOVE the law. I have a half brother who would love to join the united states and become a productive member. So why don't all u CRYBABIES and SISSYs get out and make some room for RESPONSIBLE and UNDERSTANDING citizens who will love the stregnth and success of the united states. In america, u speed and u get a ticket for $100. You go to mexico and u speed and u get a ticket for $400 and sent to a mexican jail where u risk your LIFE day in and day out. Fuck, some of u guys never realize how lucky u are to live in the States. You bitch day in and day out about how america sucks. U guys believe the US is unfair? Go live in a "free" country such as south Africa. I'm sure u will love their no laws policy

Here's what I don't get ... why did this thread even take a turn towards the whole "america is so oppressive" diatribe once again? Let's take a tally of the incidents shared about cop stories:

Australia: Cop pulled DJ Rozzer over for having fog lights on ... presumably gets fine.

Ireland: Dublin Guy gets arrested for loitering because friend was laughing at cops. Gets thrown in cell with pedophile.

Finland: Nicke gets pulled over for failing to make right turn signal ... later gets fined for flicking off a cop

Sweden: chjo gets liscence pulled 5 times ... for minor offenses that cops like to pull him over for.

Norway: cops don't investigate crime because busy watching soccer ... fine people for pissing and puking in street though.

Slovenia: Moongoose's friend gets arrested because protested cop hitting his car.

Brazil: Cops take bribes ... deal drugs ... some involvment with gangs

US: Fuct4less fucks with and confuses cops when they pull him over.
Clyde76 gets pulled over but let go ... cops thought he was a criminal they were looking for ... mistaken identity.
DJDankPoo gets a fine for lighting off fireworks


Conclusion: Americans are attention whores and like to complain. Let's revert the conversation back to cop incidents.

At any rate, my one run-in with a cop was during senior prank in highschool. My friend and I, drove his car onto the school football field and baseball diamond and started taking pictures of the car on the pitchers mound, pull donuts on the 50 yard line, etc. This highschool is in the middle of town mind you ... yes not the smartest thing to do. So anyway, we had our fun and are about to leave ... we're driving on the grass of the football field to get back to the parking lot, and we see a cop pull into the parking lot. He shines that big ass spotlight at us and tells us to drive on over to him. Then, 3 other cop cars pull in and my friend and I are shitting our pants. So these 4 or 5 cops are standing around us kind of talking amongst themselves and asking us what we're doing, whether we've been drinking, doing drugs, and start asking one another out loud what they should do with us, etc. We just explain that it's a prank ... so they then tell us that the principle of the school is coming over right now (it's 3am) and that they're going to bring us down to the police station. And my thinking is --> EXPULSION. But in the end they just start asking us wierd questions like whether we know the theme song to gilligan's island, our school song, etc. They are clearly just fucking with us and having a good time and they eventually let us go telling us to stay out of trouble ... they were pretty cool. Anyway that's all ... real exciting as you can see.

I dunno, I totally agree with all the cop haters in the world. Especially around here, in a small town where they have nothing else to do. Teenagers who like to have a good time are their main target. Its unbelieveable how many people get busted for smoking marijuana in their vehicles. Around here, there's a lot of country roads, and people go to secluded areas where no one else is around to do burns and such. No one is causing any havoc, just chilling with friends. Little do they know, a police officer saw them driving off, and follows them, just to bust them. I really think that they abuse their authority too much. and the sad thing is, they KNOW they can get away with it, because its always your word against their's.
