Yea I totally agree, Clinton I thought was an awesome president, who the fuck cares about a scandal or him getting head what counts is that he handled the country right and was actually intelligent! Now Bush comes in and is a fuckin moron I think he is really gonna screw things up in the next 4 years, I dont see how so many people voted for him and couldnt see how stupid he was.
The unfortunate thing is most of the people in the US I know voted for him for one reason, they beleive he will let them own guns. I dont begrudge them for owning guns, I own two myself, but they seemed to think that would make up for all the stupid things he does.

As for thinking Clinton dragged the US through the mud?
I dont know, US presidents have been up to that sort of thing for quite awile, like JFK, its just that Clinton had some lower standards than his predessesors (much, much lower!) 
What is the point in arguing about US Presidents? There's nothing you can do about them, so what's the point?

I've thought about this, and my conclusion is that somewhere in the region of 70 % of americans must be dumb/naive when they either voted for him or didn't bother to turn up and vote for Gore. Anyone disagree?

I think Bush got votes because of his name-sake. My sociology teacher explained to us that 40% of the people in the US vote because they are Republican, another 40% vote because they are Democratic, it's the 20% that all the hupla is for. People who believe they are neither and want to use their vote. Bush got votes because of his name-sake not because his polotics.
I totally agree that he is a complete waste in the office! His policies make no sense! I'm not sure about the enviroment thing, but 1)his "contribution" to the churches (all churches were not given the equal share) 2)drilling in Alaska, 3)he's just is a wooden puppet in office.

Okay, lets look at variuos facts.
Gore won the popular vote ( Wich is a democratic, logical voting system, and wich shold be used in one of the powerful countries of the world )
THe turn out. I live in FL, where all the voting problem happened, guess whe is the Government of FLorida, Bush's brother, JEff Bush. Now, my school, 97 % liked Gore, the rest bush, now, the republicans did a FRAUD in FL so they could win . exanples.
They stoped african americans, and dint let them vote, democratic people werent able to vote, b/c of fraud, West Palm Beach Valot was a big turn out, everyone messed up, and the ballot was made so people could mess up, so , most americans voted GORE, and Bush won dirty, thats all I can say, and as you people can see, who rememembers the republican senator that " left the republican party " leaving the majority power to the democrats?!?! that shows how messed up bush is and his party is, they are the ones that come up with all this non-sense laws!
