Germany's motorways have no speed limits, they host the biggest drinking festival the world has ever seen, the biggest electronic music festival ever and it is home to 40% of the world's breweries, and you call it boring?!? I can only wonder what you did with yourself over there.

There are many subtle differences with their culture, and indeed they don't express themselves so hysterically, but they sure as hell know how to let their hair down, hence why they have managed to grow the biggest pissup and the biggest rave in the world.

I haven't been to Frankfurt but it supposedly has a cracking techno scene, the home of Schranz I believe.

I'm not surprised.

Germany, France, Denmark, are among the most notable countries for their influx of immigrants, particularly of the Muslim faith. What people don't understand, is that these countries have weakened to the extent that these immigration problems have gone beyond the point of control that perhaps, within the next few years, Muslims may replace the current majority. Civil rights in these countries are more demanding than before, to treat "immigrants" with equal rights. And basically, the only thing these people have to do is wait to be called upon before launching the destruction of what have been beautiful countries. I'm sure the immigration status is contributing to this education problem...and I wouldn't expect it to be part of the news.

Actually, the imigrants are not such a problem. See, many european countries have a serious problem with the lack of children. An average woman in EU has only about 1.7 children. That means immigrants are a necessity that is needed to propel the economy. It's not like they're gonna overrun the local population anytime soon, as they're still making up less than 10% of the population. But immigrants are not necessarily a bad thing, the US is a country built on immigrants, and it is the most powerful country in the world. Still, that's not really connected to the educational system, immigrants are just as capable of learning new things in schools as everyone else. That is, if they're being taught and disciplined as they should be.

The scientific term would be "negative population growth". More people are dying that are being born. When there is no major war or disease outbreak it is commonly seen as a sign that a society (in this case meaning country) has become well developed and no longer requires large numbers of children to sustain itself (as in an agricultural society).

While the negative population growth is common in developed countries, it sure doesn't mean those countries don't require large numbers of children to sustain themselves. If that were the case, there would be no immigrant problem.

I was generalizing a bit because I don;t want to go into heavy detail (would require me to grab my old geography textbook from college to refresh my memory). But what I said is correct on a basic level. You are seeing the children as a future adult workfoce, I think. In less developed societies where family farms are the norm, the more children a family has, the better able they are to sustain themselves because farming requires a lot of labor in any case, much moreso without help from John Deere and International Harvester.

If you do not think immigration is a contributing factor to the changes in European government, then it's something you are not yet familiar with. France is heavily populated with immigrants, specifically Muslims. You think Chirac would want to piss off his Muslim crowd? And in Germany, the Muslim population is increasing as well...but whether or not it's 10% or 50% influxed, it only requires a tiny percentage of, let's say Muslims, to bring down walls of a country that has it's backed turned to the situation, such as the U.S. Germany and France, don't want to piss off the Muslim world, and they reject the US stance on the Mid-East because Germ and Fra continue to trade with them. There are political agendas involved that apparently are more important than human lives. Danmark is a fact. Muslims are begining to weaken the economy by taking on jobs for less pay.

It is certainly true that the population growth doesn't have as much impact on a country's economy as it used to, but it's far from being irrelevant. Just look at all the emerging powers, they all have huge human resources. On the other hand, could you ever imagine, say, Canada becoming a real global power? Not likely, although it has huge land area and many resources available.

Muslims in EU do have some influence, but it's not because of them that the european countries refused to go with the US politics.
