i still don't think banning/suspending accts solves anything really...just makes a sticky telling everyone to calm down or the TOTA section is gonna go hardcore and moderate every single post to the point where you say 'shit' and your post is deleted

you are completely incorrect here. The Khallalalallala stuff was started soley for fun and was not directed at anybody in a derogatory manner. Its a chant by middle easterners and it was being used my middle easterners. THEY WERENT INSULTING ANYBODY!! the worst they did was get on a lot of peoples nerves and defend themselves from the insulting antics of mju:ick or whatever his name is. Therefore, I'll say it again (cuz it sounds good) I AM RIGHT!

(P.S. Mirza and I were NOT staring you down at A&B. I dont know how u got that impression. We were kind of "in our own world" that night.)

depends on the crime. You cant punish somebody who killed somebody the same as somebody who stole some candy out of a store....

The problem is, "We" don't get to choose who.
"They" do.

"We" are guests.
"They" own the house that "We" are in.

They can't predict everything that's going to go on in a forum, they can only react to what has already been done and make the best judgement call from there.

We don't have to like it.

It's not what happened, it's how we react to it.

The admins can't undo what they just did because then it looks like they don't have a backbone in their own house and can succumb to the whim of their guests' beck and call.

Maybe they do have to rethink their policies.
Maybe they should ADD something to their policies.

Are their any suggestions out there then?

k i accpet the warnign but because nobody even knew why the previous thread about hardcore trancer was started, neither did i and so i started it....wi started it as a way fof keeping that crap out of the other threads (and it did work might i add)...then all the BS happened (which i expected only later)...

i was going to delete it but then certain individuals asked me not to so taht it could be proof of Mju:zik causing trouble

Thats exactly what i thought too. I think he was giving Mjusik a taste of his own medicine....but others thought he was just being plain racist.

I think certain people in this thread ought to stop complaining. It's one thing when a person makes threats, personal insults, or blatantly racist comments on a regular basis, or just annoys the living hell out of everyone. However, when one decides to put their negative attitude and poor manners on public display, that one ought to be prepared for the consequences of those actions (i.e. public irritation and disrespect).

Nobody has any sort of god-given right to respect from their peers - if you want it, earn it. Don't complain to the mods about getting too little of it.

If 'mju:zik comes back "with a vengeance", he'll probably get perm-banned, I trust the trancEaddict powers that be...

This is why trolls should be ignored in the first place. A troll is just a more agressive version of an attention whore, and if you ignore him/her, they will stop their tactics. Guaranteed. They are only looking for a response.
