I don't get how people rag on any artist who has productions that are similar. Isn't that the point of beng an artist? Having your own style? PvD creates these tracks because it is what he likes to hear. He's just expressing himself, and I think he's doing a damn good job.

how is the word "commercial" descriptive of music? it doesn't have anything to do with it. and in its literal sense, how can you call something commercial that hasn't been released yet. whateva.

you have no point. dull? fine.... if you say so. but that just seems like a mischaracterization altogether.

I really like both tracks...Sure, they are overhyped. But tell me what happends to new AvB, Tiesto, etc. - Tracks? Aren't they overhyped too? I think they're overrated a lot more. If u see an Armin thread, you can be sure to know to first 2 lines: "OMFG!!! I die I die I die! Armin is god!".Now tell me, do these words describe the track in any way? It's just a biased opinion. I think the rating would be much more realistic, if nobody knew, that the track was done by armin. And by the way: TooL isn't commercial, it's just a good vocal track. not more. not less.
