i am curious about the israeli export - Moshic,
maybe israel will finally have a fine representation
1. dj aligator
2. dj dean
lol jk maybe in there fantasy world but not the real world
hmm... tough one but i like
pvd, armin, marco v and tiesto somewhere in the top 10 and like to see our fellow ta jon o'bir be in there somewhere give him some love ta's

Woo hoo.. time to vote for best dj .. i agree with everyone about pvd, avb, and marco v deserving to be in the top 5. i am questionable about tiesto's status. as much as i love his selections and mixing, i believe his "nyana" cd would probably keep him at the top 10, but not at #1. where's the love for deep dish? they have been around for awhile and no comments about their awesome "three cd's" (1 together, and each dj produces one by themself). i think they deserve to be top ten. probably other deserving artists in no particualar order would be mauro piccoto, ferry corsten, sasha, digweed, dj rap (i know everyone thinks she's pop, but i like her style), and dj marky. can't think of any others in the top of my head at the moment.

I dont think Tiesto should be number 1 but it is higly possible because he has become more popular than ever. Lots of votes for him.
Sasha or Digweed for # 1 on my list. Moshic and James Lavelle would be awesome additions to the list.

i think gielen should defintely be in the top 100...as for number 1 i thnik either avb, ferry, or pvd
it's really hard to predict the top 5.
let's just hope john00 & scott bond move in to top10,they are so underrated!
and G&B, jonObir,john askew,Markus Schulz,Misja Helsloot,Goldenscan all make into top 100
i'll vote pvd#1 and avb#2.
i cannot believe some of you dont think Tiesto should be in the top 10!! His track selection for his mixes are awesome. And his productions, mainly his remixes, are most excellent!

Gabriel & Dresden and Markus Schulz without a doubt need to be represented this year.

5: Gabriel & Dresden
Would love to see some new talents up on that list. I think some breakbeat DJs will move up on this chart since it exploded in the past couple of years.
My choices:
Sasha
Danny Howells
Rennie Pilgrem
Jonathan Lisle
Hernan Cattaneo
Max Graham, J00F and Satoshi Tommie deserve to be in the top 20.
also Markus Schulz should be in the top 50 at least.
Gabriel & Dresden? its really hard to judge them, too tell you the truth i havent heard them dj that often, (the occasional party night on GDJB, washington dc glow party, and the phat Essential mix. that all?) if G&D want to make a jump in the rankings, maybe they should get out of the studio :P... actually better not! ehhehe.. im just hoping that ppl wont vote for them based on their productions... this is a DJ ranking right?
tiesto will probably win it again... the concert, nyana cd and his ibiza tour clinched it for him.

When you vote, remember this name, Super Greg.
i can't believe that some you guys think that pvd should by number one. even if you don't agree with tiesto...pvd hasn't done anything unless you count his new album...
It's so hard to make a top 5 list of dj's, because there are so many good ones. A lot of underrated people e.g. John '00' Fleming deserve it to be higher in rank. And there's a lot of talent coming up (Jon O'Bir) plus there are dj's that have been in the business for years but only now get more attention (Markus Schulz).
I hope Tisto will be number one again, because IMO he deserves it. The guy works his ass off both dj-wise and production-wise and, in spite of his sometimes poor mixing skills, he always gets the crowd going and leaves them satisfied.
So far I only know the number one I'm gonna vote, but places 2-5 I really have no idea. Marco V, Armin, Markus Schulz, John '00' Fleming, Sasha...I really don't know what to choose yet.
Same here Djeebie, Tiesto is my no1 for shure! 2-5 will be hard to make a decision about:
marco v
armin
jon o'bir
sander kleinenberg
gabriel&dresden
ferry corsten
wtf about james zabiela?
I'd definitely like to see Armin #1, i think he deserves it.
tho support Jon O-Bir and Above and Beyond!!
My top3 of 2003
1. Sander Kleinenberg
2. Jon O'Bir
3. Sasha
