Max Graham - Transport 4

Mixing is flawless, drawn out and ON KEY.

The mix from Turned into Strange World is mind blowing.

ROFL... who mentioned Politics of Dancing?? Its well known that the whole album was re-edits he did all on software, and even 'composed' the album on PC too, to make it perfect. This is programming in my book, not DJing.

Tranceport, very nice, i'd love to know how Flouro was done too, considering it was '96, way before pro tools and the like were being used for mix comps.

production, not programming. i would like to see you put out a mix cd, and make it perfect with your "programming" skills.

pvd does deserve props for making an eclectic double cd into a single piece. it has never been done before in this way that he did it. there is far too much variation in styles along the way through the tracks, if he stuck with the ORIGINAL tracks and mixed em together in the same order perfectly (as you might consider "Dj-ing"), it would never have the unity and flow sounding completely different.

whatever the case, im sure the reworked tracks were mixed, from one song to another on decks after he made his edits......

since im talking about pvd, i would like throw out the opinion that out there and back is one of the best mixed ARTIST albums there is. cant wait for reflections

Sasha - GU 013 CD1
Chris Fortier - Bedrock CD1
Max Graham - Transport 4

I definitely agree with everyone that mentioned GU 013. CD1 is such a wonderful mix. Nuff said about that.

CD1 of Bedrock is amazing. I have played that disc over and over since I got it a few weeks ago. The programming is exceptional IMO. Each track mixes extremely well with each other track. The way Fortier mixes the tracks makes the CD flow until the last track.

Max Graham also does some wonderful mixing on Transport 4. Although the track selection is eclectic at times, the mixes between Vernon's Wonderland and Tell You on CD1 and tracks 1-5 on CD2 give this comp. a great vibe.
