Hey SpecialK, how are the burgers at that place (Apache burgers)? Is it the one close to kipling station?? I've been meaning to go there but I haven't had the chance yet.

Apache Burgers is ok. I personally think it's a bit over rated and it has definitely gone down hill in the past 5 years.

Licks burgers are some of the best burgers I've had not to mention Webers on Hwy 11 on the way to Muskoka. I haven't eaten there in a while

Apparently Dangerous Dan's (Broadview and Dundas I think) were voted the best burger joint in TO by EYE and I've heard good things about the Jumbo Burger at Runneymede and Dundas.

I love eating in greasy spoons. I once ate in this place at keele and dundas that was so dirty, you couldn't see out the front window for grease. But it was sooooo good

A few weeks ago I was driving to my parents place and I saw a hug line up of people at this shed place. I never knew what it was. When I came back to town I was told it was the burger joint. I wish I would have stopped and tried these famous burgers.

Webers burgers are fantastic! I went there last summer with some close friends of mine and it was great. They had to build an overpass across the highway just for that thing so people could get from the extra parking lot to the place itself, haha! Nuts... Good stuff though.

Pris, that's a fantastic article.

I really like how its written but for anybody who hasn't been, that's exactly what it's all about. I remember back in the day people trying to cross the highway to get the burgers, before the put the CN Tower bridge across.

Drove by that place ALL the time when going to the cottage as a kid. It's a landmark now lol (1/2 way there)
