im glad u got to experience these guys. unfortunately for me DuMonde havnt got any plans at all to play in the UK this year so i havn't seem them in over a year now
They really are highly underatted when it comes to DJing, and deserve a lot more credit than they get. Glad u all had fun
GREAT party, GREAT people, and GREAT music!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
was one of the best parties ever (even though that was my fourth trance party)
met a lot of kewl people, just cant remember all their names
sorry guys
my friend took A LOT of pics (maybe 70 or something who knows) AND videos with his camera so ill try to put them up as soon as possible, this is his camera

my ears are still ringing like a monster after having 9 hours of sleep already
o and by the way i was the tall red head with the grey shirt
first party ever, BEST NIGHT EVER!
I'm glad I showed up at Franky Tomatoe's to meet up with the TA's.. you guys rock
. I got to talk to Shane the most out of anyone. It was so messed when I learned that there are 4 Aaron's (one that spells it Aaren).
Eso and Mobius both had nice sets, I recognized a few of the tracks, but Dumonde just DESTROYED with some AMAZING trance. I only stayed for about an hour and a half after Dumonde got on, as the people I was with were tired and wanted to sleep (especially Jody who was falling asleep on me while sitting on the box at the front left). All the same, it was GREAT to have TA's come by and tap me on the back and ask me how the party was going. You guys are really friendly and I was so stoked to be part of that.
Props to Emery for doing the dinner bill though
EDIT: I want MORE pics! I gotta send em around to the assholes who canceled on me last minute

My name's Aaron too
I couldn't make it, I had spent $45 earlier that day and was only down to twelve bucks left, also didn't know if tickets were still available.
Hopefully next time.
this should shut everyone up that bitches and complains about dumonde
they fucking own!
AFTER SOO LONG!
I came to viva after soooo long!, but it was worth it!
Every time i am at viva they do an awesome job with hard trance!! Dumonde was amazing when they dropeed marc aurel- running remix i was in heaven!
Mark Oliver was also wicked mixing his regular hard trance set at viva, but i dont know why he doesnt do it at guvernment?!?
MARK do something like this every saturday when i am there!!!!!!!!!
I loved your set!
easyyyyyyy
what a great party. dumonde just destroyed the place, their mixing was unbelievable. the atmosphere seemed alot better than the last time i was there (for talla), met some nice people, and alot of TAs!
what can i say.. never look back and memory were perfect.
Dumonde never dropped clocks ! it was Walter Rosati that did !!
BY THE WAY!
GREAT JOB ESO!!!, i loved what you played!
the same to mobius
Great job guys!!!!
ps. CAN YOU DIG IT ?????????

I think I hurt my knees dancing so much.
Dumonde's set last night was amazing. To all those snoots that think Trance is only cheesy bubble gum music, Dumonde proves them wrong. They span the spectrum of German Trance from the melodic and fluffy, reminiscent of the 98-99 Epic Trance craze, to downright hard, dark, and techy with sprinkles of ground rumbling breakbeats for flavour. Their track selection was great. A great mix of fresh new tunes and anthems that even the most jaded Techno/Jungle/House/etc... snob would recognize and enjoy.
Their mixing was spot on. Great timing and they (obviously) knew their tracks well. Dumonde really knows how to rock a crowd too. I'm sick of those big name DJs who DJ like it's tedious labour. I can't remember the last time I saw DJs enjoy themselves so much and interact with the crowd as they did. They would stop to sign lots autographs throughout their entire set and never missed a beat.
All I can say is WOW. I knew they were amazing producers, but I never knew what great live perfomers/DJs they were as well. I couldn't help but clap to the beat like a dumbass schoolgirl.
There's something about a wicked Trance event when you can turn to the person next to you during a wicked build and just go "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!!" and share a completely mutual moment of understanding. I felt like I was sixteen again. My girlfriend even got me to dance with glowsticks for the first time in at least 4 years, lol.
It was my first visit to Viva Nightclub ever. I don't know why I never went before. The sound is huge and pristine. The lasers... the lasers!!! I never knew they came in those colours.
Anyways, I think we can all agree that it was a memorable time last night. It was great meeting/bumping into some of you. It seems it's time for me to get to know more TAs. You guys know how to party
i need sleeeep i'll write tomorrow when i'm back to windsor HELP i'm about to pass out
Okay... just a thought. We all know how rock solid Dumonde is in the remix department.
Fischerspooner - Emerge
Oceanlab - Clear Blue Water
Westbam+Red Jerry - Wizards of the Sonic
Arrakis - The Spice
Art of Trance - Madagascar
FSOL - Papua New Guinea
Nostrum - Melodrama
Lost Tribe - Gamemaster

O.U.T.S.T.A.N.D.I.N.G. P.A.R.T.Y !!!
WOW ! Definitely one of the best parties I've ever attended, though I thought the sound was kinda off. Don't know exactly what it was, but some tracks didn't sound very well. On the bright side, Viva wasn't packed at all, it wasn't hot at all, there were lots of TAs and the vibe was incredible(at least where TAs were dancing)
Dumonde played a kick-ass set. Sooo energetic yet melodic - killer combination. It was 3 hours long and probably 50% of it were either Dumonde tracks or Dumonde remixes. Pretty much everyone was comletely exhausted after their set. I talked to JamX and DeLeon a bit after the set, and they seem like great guys! Too bad they couldn't come to the pre-meetup.
Another new track they played was Balthazar - Insanity (Dumonde remix). That was the first track from the encore.
Eso, Mobius and Walter Rosati did great job as well. Eso - I'm sure next time will be better !!! Mobius played some techno but then flawleslly went into Trance. Great set, worthy of a headliner ! Walter Rosati was great as well, thanks for spinning Bedrock - Heaven's Scent !
Mark Oliver kicked ass as well, though I'm not a big fan of such hard music at 5AM and later.
big up to the promotors for organizing sucha sick event...
dumonde was wicked... i didnt like their set at the begining but then it got better
wicked high class hard melodic trance...
mobious... dude...nice mixing..very smooth!, the dj that spun before dumonde was also wicked... i wouldnt mind getting his contact if anyone has it...

BIG RESPECTS to DJ Eso & Mobius -- You guys spun a quality set!!
Party was just off the hook!! also respects to all the TAs. Parties just wouldn't be the same without you all.
ok I need more sleep now... review will come later.
DrGoodvibe that is an amazing shot! I get goosebumps from looking at it.

Pre meet up was INSANITY with that many people. Had a nice $40 plate of pasta and glass of beer. DEFINATELY the Firkin next time!
WHAT A NIGHT!!!
Peter, thanks for DJing for us. We all KNOW that you were just nervous, and that you have alot of talent, so don't beat yourself up over it.
Carlos, OMG! TECHNOOOOOOOOOOOO. I couldn't stop dancing! When Chris Liebing - Intruder came on I didn't know weather to start dancing or not cause I was waiting for a trance synth to come in, but it never did! I d/ld that track, and it sounds nothing like what you span. You must have TWEAKED the hell out of that track! I was wondering how Dumonde was going to top your set!
Dumonde was awesome! Played soooooo many good tunes. Highlight of the night: Binary Finary - 2000 (Jam X & De Leon Mix). I have been waiting to hear this song in a club ever since it was produced, and I finally did. SHIVERS LIKE CRAZY!
A few awesome tracks that Dumonde played:
Binary Finary - 2000 (Jam X & DeLeon Mix)
Mauro Picotto - New Time, New Place
Dumonde - Never Look Back
Shouts to all the TAs I met last night. And to that guy Steve I met in the VIP room, START POSTING MAN!!

thank god i was dancing soo much the alcohol wore off and then it was time for some serious crazinesss.....
IT was soo good to see everybody again and meet those that I did....Im not even going to bother tryin to name everybody, cuz i know ill get all the names wrong....i remember by face...but I cant remember names for the life of me....
Massive props goin out to my lil bro who came out to his first TOTA party!!!! told you it was a wikkid scene! welcome to the party man!!!!! glad to see you out there!!!!
Thats it...im goin back to the toilet...(god hangovers suck) and Ill see you all at THA TAINVASION BIRTHDAY BASH!!!! (OH GOD ANOTHER DRUNKEN PARTY!!!!!!)
I just realized: Trance Parties can be the best and worst parties ever.
In Dumonde's case it was the best. I really like techno but NOTHING has ever given me the feeling when I heard Binary Finary last night or Barber's Adagio For Strings (Tiesto Remix) at Tiesto in June. When the female MC started screaming on the mic EVERYONE WAS GOING NUTS! When that happens, trance nights are awesome. That's how it should be. When the crowd has energy, I have energy.
The reason why trance parties can be the worst is when no one is dancing then the trance just sounds like build up and brake down after buildup and break down and gets quite stale.
CROWD W/ ENERGY = GREAT NIGHT!

So many synths and the right amount of bass.
This was my first time at Viva, and in fact it isnt a new club. When i was 17, i went there for my birthday and at the time it was called Amnesia, but it looked very different before. The ownerns renovated and added a few things.
