Inderdaad...die hoes is echt lachen: "Thank you for buying the best DJ compilation in the history of the universe ever!!!" en "Now including hit records"

Ik heb hem net gehaald bij Fame voor �22,49. Ik wou hem eigenlijk bij themusicsafe.com bestellen, maar daar duurt het ineens meer dan 8 weken voordat 'ie wordt geleverd. Voor die �3 meer koop ik hem dan toch liever nu.

De cd hoesjes van renaissance vind ik altijd al de moeite waard om zon cd te kopen. Maar deze is erg grappig!

You were being tied down to one particular sound?
Exactly. Although I am a big fan of that sound, specifically at that period of time, it seemed like that kind of music was very very happening. �98, �99, maybe early 2000 within that direction there was some really really wicked records being released. Progressive house, although I hate to say the name for whatever it brings, was really exciting. Funnily enough it�s really died out in the last few years. It has moved on to different music or I�ve moved on to start to do different styles or whatever, my point is with this CD I really felt it was a perfect time to really open up and go �this is what I�m all about� I�m a bit wider and I�m a bit more left of centre or right of centre when it comes to my musical tastes and this CD represents me exactly how I would like to be represented. I think that as it is true to who I am as a DJ as well as a human being it feels really good, it feels really like �yeah!�. I�ve been heavily involved in the artwork, and the way it is presented and the way it looks. I wanted to step away from the �look at me I�m the cool white DJ who�s on the cover of this �ber cool compilation and you don�t have my records because my records don�t come out for the next three years.�
That kind of idea I really wanted to step away from and just touch upon something which I think is a bit forgotten over the last years and that�s that going out clubbing and listening to music is all about having fun. You can have a certain integrity about your music but at the end of the day we�re talking about nine-minute instrumental tracks put together by spotty twenty year olds in their rooms, it�s not by someone singing his heart out, you know what I mean? It�s made to have fun, it�s not made to be analysed by Oxford students. And that�s what I really wanted this CD to represent, and I think it�s done that and the artwork represents that fun thing aswell �come on guys, lets not be serious, it�s about having fun, and shagging girls!��

Hij is zeker grappig, moest vet lachen steeds toen hij bij dance department was.

Verder had ik de cd vanmiddag in mijn hand maar had niet genoeg geld bij me en haal hem volgende week.

Ik moet uberhaupt meestal wel lachen om "held" wessel die gozer heeft echt humor en smaak van muziek natuurlijk, vooral de vegaboys staan synoniem voor kwaliteit! haha lol!

Magrec wat zijn qua nubreed echte aanraders? ik heb zelf alleen maar sander van deze serie. Ben weer helemaal verslaafd geraakt aan deze cd! vooral de eerste 2 nummers van cd twee zijn geweldig! Ben benieuwd of er nog andere cd's zijn die hier aan kunnen toppen!

Deep dish en dave seaman met een cd in de renaisance serie zijn ook echte toppers!!!

De nubreeds van satoshi en danny howells zijn top.
De nubreed van lawler vind ik niet zo (lights out is stukken beter)
pappa & burridge heb ik niet omdat ik ze nergen meer kan krijgen dus daar heb ik ook geen idee van hoe ze klinken.
