OK, on a serious note, I have two (2) time-tested but unpopular opinions to state here:

1. People here are way too concerned (read: self conscious) about the board's "image." People from outside tranceaddict who are "just dropping by" to get info on events & such probably won't even read that far into the threads, and the ones that do will most likely ignore it, dismissing it as some sort of silly internal politics (which it is). There's no reason to freak over it - if the mods don't care, neither should you. If they find it funny, a lot of outsiders will too - I look at TJ.com and bust a gut over some of the fights that go on in there.

2. I always hear this "well-known fact" that ignoring whores/bullies/shit-disturbers is the way to tame them or get rid of them. Has anyone ever seen this work in practice? Sorry guys and gals, but it doesn't. The reason they keep coming back for more after getting ripped to pieces is that insecure people, worried about their image and the board's image, decide to defend them, coming out with their "stop fighting, can't we all just get along" garbage. THAT gives them ammo - that and their idiotic sidekicks trying to get a piece of the action/attention (you know who you are).

Can everyone here see that she does this kind of shit on purpose to piss people off. I don't get pissed off about what happens on here I have tons of other shit to worry about. I just want her gone. I would be very offended if I was the owner of this site and I had a stupid bitch on here that was causing problems for everyone and she just blatently laughs and says that nothing can be done about it. That is a perfectly good reason right there to get rid of her.

Has anyone ever seen a message board where everyone can just ignore them? No. Not even for a second. All it takes is one person to keep bickering back for the troll to keep trolling, and everyone else gives up on ignoring and jumps right back in the action.

I don't give a shit if you all get along. But if you don't, take it to PMs or just give up.

I also don't give a shit about the image of this board. This "people are reading and not posting" thing is ridiculous. Who cares?

If ANY of you can name me one benefit of replying in the forum to various infuriating posts that cannot be achieved by replying in a PM, I am anxious to hear it.

There are strippers in the back of Eye magazines?

The one reason is that I don't want to have private contact with PP. Last PM she sent me was that she was going to kick me out of a party the next time she saw me. And I don't want to have to forward every single PM to Del so he sees what is going on. I can't see this going on forever. PMs would be much to hard. This is a forum and things should be discussed.

I personally use PMs to get email addresses and other contact information. That's all. I'm not going to PM back and forth with anyone. That's only my take on PMs.

i've been following this PP/SP/thabroad trilogy and i must admit the photoshopping pp into a porn star wasn't necessary. i've had jerks on here write shit about me on pictures and its not a good feeling...

Also, I didn't say that you ARE a stripper, I said that when ive seen you, you were dressed like one (at unappropriate events).
I also stated that I didnt believe that you were a some bigshot model, but rather one of the broads from the back of EYE or NOw magazines..thts the "look" of modelling you seem to put off. I never said there were strippers on the back of those magazines, but if u are into the scene as much as u claim to be than surely uve flipped thru either of these magazines and you KNOW whats back there.

As for the shooter girl thing, I sell shots. Whats so dirty about that? Theres no hooter shooters, body shots or anything like that accepted at my bar. Like I mentioned before, Its not a hole, its a very respected place.

So please, dont take things i say and turn them around. Your credibility is already shot.

In case you forgot to look at who did the photoshopping of that picture i suggest you look at it again. None of us did it. That was done by a guy in the Chill Out that had nothing to do with either SP or tha_broad.

Nobody is going to get banned here, so please consider a different method of dealing with this problem that plagues you. Yes, this is a tight little community, but just like in any community, any stranger can come in and disrupt the balance. You just have to deal with it, instead of waiting for someone else to. You'll be waiting a long time. You can't control what others do or say, but you can control how you react to it and encourage their behavior. When all of you bicker back and forth, think about what you are accomplishing. Can anyone answer that question? What is the point of wasting time and energy arguing on the internet about NOTHING?

The reality is that for every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction, and this applies right down to posting on a message board. Everyone who argues back and forth with the several individuals we are speaking of contributes equally to this problem, and if any of you are now about to claim "well he/she started it," then I rest my case.

PS I have also not seen this photoshop job. Seems like those who are bringing it up are just promoting the thing all over again.

Until we have board members who can deal with trolls in a mature fashion, then no one can expect the board itself to be mature and focused on music related discussion.

Well, the thing is that if I start ignoring her again, I'm just going to ignore TA all together. This is my community, even more then it is hers, I have a lot of friends here and its a shame that I have to turn away from something that I enjoy because of her.

There is no mature fashion to deal with trolls. They either go away or they don't. It's up to them to stop the nonsense. Usually these people stop very quickly cause they have better things to do with their lives than bother people who they don't even know.

Partyprincess, maybe you should be practicing your cello, or taking some glamour shots instead of bothering us. You seem to be a very important person, why waste your time with the likes of us?

It's apparent that the reaction to her posts are automatic for a lot of people at this point, but just try ignoring the arguments. Why do you wish to involve yourself?
