Lets compare.

1) People having fun in a field, not bothering anyone.

2) Pirate stations using crappy homemade equipment, so signals leak out into air traffic control frequencies, pilots contact airtraffic control for flight levels, have some dodgy garage mc reply, plane crashes. Pirate Radio stations booby trapping their antennas to try and kill people coming to close them down (this is VERY common).
