unfortuantly i just returned from toronto today. I wish i could have stayed longer... it really sucks living in the middle of a field of dead grass that goes on and on.. if my dog ran away i could watch it run for probably a solid 8 hours. I love the trees in ontario and the scene is really good too.. i will make an effort to return soon!
oh! and if you think your scene sucks in rochester.. try being in the middle of nowhere surrounded by country music!

i should probably also mention that i live in southern alberta incase anyone thought i lived in a field nearby toronto!

Yes, T.O. is awesome. Not only that, but I'm convinced T.O. women grow their breasts bigger. They must fertilize them or something.
but big breasts are not always attractive..

apart form that, what about the (_)_)

wow, thats a first... whenever I talk with out of towners, pretty much all of them agree that Torontonians are generally jerks and hardasses...

is because on the ride back to Rochester.. I think. Why cant I meet cool people like that at home. Why cant we have any clubs like that. Why cant I go out and hear music like that. And what is in the water that makes your women so hot? well not all of them but damn.. Appreciate what you guys have.. Here the scene is as big as the amount of people I can fit in my truck and who are forced to listen to something other than eminem, or white trash whiney rock. Can ya tell Im glad to be back?! Armin rocked.

I know how you feel. The Torontonians, Montrealiers, and NyCers are really lucky.

I am definately down for chillin. I havent checked the scene out in Buffalo much.. From my understanding it is slightly better than here. You guys have to understand.. when we go out to the bars here.. which claim to be clubs.. we will here all the top 10 R&B songs repeatidly, with Sandstorm, Zombie nation, and Dont Stop mixed in with them..

Level is decent. Of course I've heard DJ Sammy - Heaven and Ian Van Dahl - Castles in the Sky there. But I've also heard Ferry Corsten - Punk, Riva - Time is the Healer, Telepopmusic - Breathe, etc. It's not as good as TO clubs, but it's decent

RedRoom is great for R&B bump'n'grind on Saturday nights. SoHo is decent sometimes as well; OK patio.

oo! me me! and TDL...

here are my random comments in reply

feel the same way about leaving T.O. - it's very depressing, especially when you don't know when you'll be back next....that drive - always gives you time to think - hate that...

T.O.-ians (at least as far as i've met) aren't hardasses and jerks..ya'll rock

armin and PVD both rocked crazy weekend!

plaptop - you should check out armin and ferry in OH

armin 14th in columbus
ferry 21st in cleveland
<---- sooo psyched!! can't wait

its probably like that with any big city, but I would think that t.o. has nicer people than other cities of its size, but im biased

Met them at WEMF and are incredibly nice people. Now if dave mathews was playing there.. I could fill that place with clones.

LoL! Yea same here...
