And I'm surprised nobody's mentioned 16B feat. Morel - Escape (Driving To Heaven). Sounds a lot like Echomen - Perpetual (or rather Perpetual sounds like Escape) and Morel's voice has a great quality to it. Also:

I usually hate male vocals in a track - Jam & Spoon - Be Angeled having to be the worst ever male vocal track being the best example but this tune is excellent
