i thought they stretched it and cut it (at least the jewish, told by a jewish friend)

PS: i'm talking about newly born babies, not later.

Babies penises can be really small, especially in cold clinical conditions, so the margin for error is quite large. If you weigh up the benefits (better desert survival potential, aesthetic appeal?) with the risks (having a penis that is permanently inverted/bent/has a chunk missing)... I'd say its not worth it.

Where's my foreskin?

I have a turtle neck. The knob is very sensitive though. I would rather be circumsized due to some problems that i have...nothing nasty or ill, just some problems when pulling the skin off.

If it's too tight, you can fix that without circumcision.

It's not actually too hard to stretch oneself, you just need to do it when soft with your fingers.
You can also go to a doctor and get some steroidal cream that works 90% of the time to loosen it.
And if none of that works, you can get a little snip at the bottom that'll loosen it.

btw, I personally would hate going to the doc for weird problems like that ("below the belt" problems). Way too embarassing, and the "dropping your pants" part is just not right...

Yep...it can be a problem for some. Historians speculate that this was the reason for why circumcision ever began in the first place...someone in power had bad phimosis, then decided that everyone else should have it done on them to prevent it....though, it was very rare in asian cultures...

Infections are not very common, though phimosis, in some form, which occurs in about 1:40 to 1:15 or so guys is. The more radical and endangering forms are more rare.

In any case, people seem to be working on better and less harsh ways to deal with today instead of circumcision, which I think is a positive thing.

And to the comment about dropping your pants in front of a doctor...most girls do it every year, and then some more intrusive stuff. It's not that bad, and it's a common problem anyhow.

I think its really wrong to make a decision like that for someone. Let them decide that when they grow up.

I'm uncut, and surprisingly a lot of other people here are too. but why are you guys glad you're uncut? the sensitivity? I know aesthetically it just looks better to be cut, in a woman's point of view(i've heard )

I dont understand the logic in having it done. In this day and age, it isnt hard to clean it.

Im suprised no one has mentioned this, but if you get circumsized, then the sensativity of the "head" lessens doesnt it? mmmmm....Id have thought that anyway!

Had mine cut 8 mothn ago, for medical reasons, im stlll not used to it, took 3 month before i was able to pee (sp?) standing up, i still have troble with it sometimes. And its so much more sencitive in my pants, so the first 2 month a had a hard-on all the time because of the rubbing agains my pants (not really but close ).

Still since i had to be circumsized i really wished it was done when i was a child so i didn't remenber it now, it hurt, i fucked a few days of my life up.

It's actually the other way around. circumcision removes nerve endings, thus the penis of a cut person is less sensitive, which makes the person last longer.

Thanks for the info...See the problem with my foreskin is that i caught it in the zipper before and it left a little scar. Since the scar made the skin tighter its hurts when i pull the skin down. My knob pretty much chockes and there goes my sexual pleasure. Its emberassing, it hurts like a move and it makes my dick go limp. I get depressed over this. When i was with my ex, i tried going in many times, but it hurt so much that i couldnt take it. I tried strecthing for a whole day and it kinda worked, but when i wanted to do it, it hurt like a mofo. I was thinking about going to the doc to get cirumsized, but there has to be a different method...



BTW, yes i pull the skin off the clean my knob, it hurts but is not bad when im not erected. When erected, i have a very thick knob, so this is where the pain is coming from when the knob is streching my skin.

I feel like i am broken...

Yeah had the same problem, heard about some cream you can rub on it to help strech it over a period of time. Don't know the english name for it. And my doctor just cut me and told me i shouldn't wasted my time trying to solve it with a cream.

I am 20. There a veins build up around the foreskin. I have no idea how i would take the circumsision. How did you feel after. How much pain did you go through? How was it to have sex after that?
