..... well going home yesterday after school, i jumped on the train from Dundas station.

Well just moments before that, there was this young looking girl sitting not too far away from me in the station. One of the guys that i've seened around campus many times went up to the girl and goes
"yo, how old are u?"
she replies and says "i'm 15"
the guy turns around and leaves.

LIKE WTF!!!! It really disapoints me with how horny some guys can get and all those little things scar those poor little girls. I felt so sorry for her. She doesn't need to hear it from some pervert. At least it was really rude for him to walk away after finding out she's too young for him. I dunno i might be wrong.

I hope he's not an engineer cuz i swear if i see him again i'm so gonna kick his ass. Not only he gives guys a bad name by doing really stupid things such as that but verfies the engineering stereotype of being horny alcoholics.

IF only you saw the jailbait thread in the CHilloutroom. But if you look at it closely you'll notice that its all American posts.

I don't get it either. Rocco, why are you so concerned? Did she look like she was 15? If she did, I understand your point. However, I'm an engineer and don't understand how the horny/alcoholic stereotype you mentioned has to do with this story. I don't take offense or anything since I'm both of the above .. but it could just as easily been a business student or anybody else. Guys try to pick up girls all the time and in any setting. It's not that big of a deal. Like 95% of guys, he's horny and taking his chance...at least he's not a pedophile.

oh ok... sorry for not being too clear but i thought u guys could jump to a few conclusions: one being that she did look 15.

Horny/alcoholic steretype might not be a stereotype at ur school but it defenitly applies at mine. One of the shirts that are being sold for engineers say the following caption "my drinking team has an engineering problem" or "Engineering girls kick ass"

they seem very legit captions that are innoncent but if u understand the real joke behind it, u would be just as offended as i am.
last but not least, how did i know he's an engineer? i see the guy in some of my lectures. Trust me, bussiness ppl don't wanna come to our lectures. Ask LKD & Crazy Serb about their field trip to my computer programing class on one friday afternoon.

Engineers are nerds
When they walked at convocation yesterday you could tell that more than half of them will be life long virgins.

I had a friend who was leaving the train and the doors closed on her head. Once the operator knew her head was stuck, he let the doors open. Startled, she picked herself up again, only for the doors to come and smash her head again for the second time!

Another friend was on the train and she witnessed a chinese lady get her purse stuck outside as she held it from its string from the inside the whole way... she was screaming becuase she thought her purse was going to fly off in the tunnel, as everyone on the train laughed at her.

thats pretty desperate there

but i have a subway story too

yesterday on my way back to work, the train stopped at Jane station and stood there for about 5 minutes. Then they guy came on and said we have to get off cuz its out of service.

yea...my subway experiences are out of this world.

That's not strange.

au contraire mon ami.

so heres a story...

i was walking along the bridge over the 427 from east mall to west mall on bloor at 6 in the morn today...and then i look down at half point and then climbed the railing...sat there for a couple of minutes on hte outer side and then i saw a cop car coming along...so i jumped back on the inside in matrix flip stylez and ran with my coat flying like a cloak

btw. pierre...i think u over analyze situations a bit too much.

so what if hes desperate??so what if hes an alcoholic??so what if hes a freakin engineer??

by walking away after finding out her age, he couldnt have been wiser.

give the guy a break. if he started harassing her, it would be understandable for u to get upset but this is rather lame.

i see girls being hit on everyday on my way to and from school...i just watch to make sure the guy doesnt get out of hand and aint some psycho. dont interfere in peoples way of life unless ur needed.

well said... i agree with u there. I might have over reacted but the idea was it was rude. One of my main objections was that it was rude.
As for the girls being hit on part, it's quiet funny to see the way girls turn away some guys. I just sit there and laught to myself

Will never make that mistake again... those classes are even worse then our comp. sci classes. pffft. I gotta get some more friends from art/business program and start checking their classes more often.
