funny how it's similar to pop kids that listen to the newest britney or christina or aliz�e.

oh, WAIT!! wait a minute, it *is* different, because kids that listen to pop don't go out and BASH the 'artists' they used to support and obsess over.

kind of sad, really. i, for one, thought that us tranceheads had a sense of decency, a sense of community, a sense of brotherhood.

New DJs?

Fuck that - my favourite DJs are the ones that have been around forever - in the trance world, Christopher Lawrence, Johan Gielen, Ferry Corsten, Misja Helsloot... mind you... Paul van Dyk has been around for a long time too!

I just think Tiesto has gone progressively downhill and didn't deserve that spot... yes he's improved over this past year, but Armin for example has done SO much for the scene (weekly radio shows!)

I'm not bashing Tiesto, I never said he sucked, I just don't think he should be #1. He's the most popular, not the best, and I don't like his attitude - it's as simple as that.

seriously though, glad to see Armin take the third spot. I wanted to see J00F take a higher spot than 27, but oh well.

Congrats also to Gabriel & Dresden for taking #42, their DJing skills arent that great but they sure as hell make up for it in their Production skills

No one should pay to see a DJ flown from the other side of the planet play a show when he "may or may not care to play you the best show on earth." how come my post is ignorant? it is a known fact that sometimes he doesn't care as much as other times. i've witnessed so many different Tiestos in the last few years, he's not very consistent. but at the end, he's still my favorite dj because there is no other artist in this world that can impress me as much as he does in his best moments.

Because you assume that he just "doesnt care" to give his all, when I beleive that Tiesto the person really loves his music and what he does. Not that it makes me like his sets any better. He didnt get to where he is by only sometimes caring to try his best.

Tiesto deserves a high place, I love his remixes, but the list as a whole just sucked.
