I'm glad I had you loving trance again, even if it was just for a few minutes . Sorry I didn't play any techno, but the crowd last night was just hungry for the trance and so I gave them exactly that!

I had such an amazing time last night, the air was just buzzing with energy last night, and everyone was in a great mood. I haven't seen System Soundbar that packed in long time, in fact I don't think I've ever seen Toronto that busy on a Friday night.

As always it was a pleasure partying with you all.
All the DJ's did an amazing job
Matt that hard techy prog was soooooooo good loved every minute of it =)
Science played some good choons, Underworld Born slippy and the placing bouncin up and down
Schryer was pure insanity
and Deko-ze OMG! I swear I think it is impossible for this man to every dissapoint.

Well back to my essay

Ok, I'm not even in Canada to comment but:

1) It has been a long time since I've been to a party that was THAT sketched out at 5am (everybody had a ~very~ messy halloween.. No matter what the poison - everybody was going hardcore.)

(jon - your girlfriend [eva] would have loved MikeS's set! friggin UK hard styles - wicked!!)

2) TO is the ~best~ city to party in in North America. I went to "Sound Factory" last night in NYC. Picture a club with people dressed like they are @ SystemS - but 3 floors and roof patio (different sound on each floor). (Keep in mind the last time I ~really~ partied in NYC was when Sasha/Digweed had resident status @ Twilo)

The only deal was that Sound Factory has a really stuck up vibe. I didn't expect this as compared to most NYC Saturday night joints it is pretty ghetto.

To sum up the contrast: At SystemS - people come up to you and say "hey, how's it going". At SF - you're lucky if people say excuse me to get in line for a drink. Sort of like the 'guv - but minus the meat heads/barbi dolls.

Overall SF was a good night. Now if I can just find a venue for similar entertainment tonight.

Well what an amazing night. Wasn't even supposed to come this night, well at least until later but Peter and Chris managed to get me too come, mind you with the least amount of effort. Thats right Peter, it was a tie....until next time. I dont think that I've ever seen d/t Toronto that busy.....ever. There were people left right and centre.

Well lets just say that I needed this night. I had so much fun. As RJ put it nicely, everybody was there to have a great night. Met so many TA's and non-TA regulars everywhere I went. Mobius, Schryer, and Eso were pounding beats in the VIP until 6 AM!!!!!!! Yes thats right 6 AM. Deko-Ze was just ripping the decks up in the Main Room with the sweet progressive sounds that are often heard during early hours of the morning. We left the club at about 7:30 and it was still rammed full of people. I've heard rumours that it was open well past 9 am. I'm not too sure though. Anyway thanks to everyone that was there last night.

Did anyone else find the pyrotechnics show in the main room a little unnerving, given all the shit hanging from those 10 foot ceilings?

I was certainly mapping out my escape plan.

AHAHHAAA!! this was wickedest party w-e in a long time -after last w-e's hoUsE party of course!! fri nite was a hell of a time!! i had an incredible blast ...i'm still buzzing!
DEKO-ZEEEE!! the last 15 minutes were phenomenal! too bad he had to wrap up (just as ARIA was firing up with Marco Carola!)
thanks for the demo john! he's def on my local dj list from now on!

THEORY S-FILE TOUR - HALLOWEEN

Got the Kool Haus at 10:00pm and found the normal entrance was closed off and dead. I was in shock! Had to make a call to someone to find out where it was. (The entrance was on Jarvis) Walked around and the massive line was in full effect! Thank GOD my line was pretty short.

The Halloween decoration in the KH was pretty cool! Now I�ve noticed the Orange room was blocked off and I found out the breakz room was the coat check hallway that is also the normal entrance to the KH. *Now ya understand why the entrance was on Jarvis* It was cool to see how they turn that into a room. The DJ booth was mounted on a level that was 1 story high and away from the traffic. DJ both was facing the direction of what you would normally be viewing when you leave the KH in that hallway. They had so much lighting and stuff to make the production feel like a real room. Genius!!!

The KH filled up in about 20 mins and nuff HOT chick inside the venue! OMG craziest costumes were everywhere. I saw this one chick had nothing on but, a bra, thong and guarder belt to hold the pantyhose! The KH was fucking rammed and took me awhile to find some dancing space in several areas.

Twisted Individual � Spun a very NICE set, but it�s too bad he was the first UK headliner that was on. That time slot did not do him justice!

Fesh )EIB( - Spun an okay set, some typical cheesy production of his but, he had some proppa tunes still. Not that great at mixing though
A-Track (DMC Canadian Champion 5X) � Pretty HYPE shit! Very good in scratching and beat juggling.

GrooveRider � I�m not into his style or production but, from what I noticed he was killing the crowd.

3am and off to SYSTEM SOUND BAR!
It took me such a long time to find a cab �. but, I was on my way to System.

SYSTEM SOUND BAR �MAYHEM�

Mayhem was such a prefect name for this event. I heard from nuff ppl that the club was beyond rammed in every room. The none � guest list line was soooo long, it actually reached to Adelaide! BIG UP the Security for moving the GUEST LIST line and the normal line wickedly fast! *I hope everyone that was on my guest list got in time!* I was text msging DeepGroove, Will and Emery *wonder why he didn�t reply LOL * all night to check if the room was ok. I heard some minor problems at first but everything was smooth afterwards.

Got to System around 3:30am and holly shit! The place was rammed still! I had to push some foolz out the way to get myself into the VIP room. Once I got into the VIP room I was in total shock � it was a massive sea of ppl!

Mike S � The BOD MON was on the decks and what made me drop my jaw, was the view of ppl in the room with their hands in the air for him! Mike, all I got to say to you is �YOU RAVED THAT SHIT OUT PROPPA! KILLA CHOONS!�

ESO, Mobius & Mike S. (EXCLUSIVE B2B2B SET) � I though these guys would take it easy after what Mike did to the crowd, but NO! He kept it continuously HARD! �RAVE THAT SHIT OUT PROPPA x2!� I�m so glad these guys spun on Halloween! It actually felt like a real HALLOWEEN RAVE!

didn't even recognize half of you lol

It was lots of fun, best halloween party ever!!

i had a great time... i didnt expect to see system that packed, or, maybe i should say i haven't seen system that packed in a long time... both rooms were kickin' with the VIP room flooded with TAs...

I only recognized a couple people though, seems like almost everyone was dressed up, hehe... there were some freaky costumes in the main room i try never to miss halloween parties, pretty much all are wicked!
